Average of $45M a year, $140M in guarantees. I get it, but man. Once this new money hits, how do they field a team worth a damn? Once Wilson's new money hit, he had one WR, no RBs, no TEs, and half a defense. This works out for the team on the 2nd half of the deal, but I would assume the contract is renegotiated year after year until another deal is locked in. A good problem to have, but has this ever worked out before? It seems once a QB gets paid big money, they never win it all again.

The knock on Ifedi has always been his lack of experience. He has all the physical traits to dominate. That is what frustrated Seattle so much. So as long as he puts in the work, he can still improve his game.

Last Monday, the team had a zoom meeting in regards to the social injustice and police brutality ongoing issues in the country. Apparently, from reports and quotes from the players, they went into thinking it was not going to be productive, but it turns out that it really hit home for a lot of players. The team's bond strengthened and you could tell that some players genuinely felt like there was progress made. In general, that's great, and for a team that has to rely on each other on every play, that is also a great thing. Nagy has been trying to change the culture and I think that meeting may be one of those turning points, where the team was half in and half out on all the things Nagy was implementing, but now it feels like a bulk of the core players are all in. So we will see if it makes a difference, but I feel like that meeting may have helped multiple causes.

Graham will be interesting, I guess we will have to see how he does on the field. If he gets 50-600 and 7 TDs, you probably keep him at 10M. If he is doesnt live up to expectations, you take the dead money and run like you are looting at Louis Vuitton.

With any year anything can happen but there is no way they will pay Fuller $20M. Leno will be making $11.3M, so unless he improves, he could also be gone. Massie is very similar, $9.3M? So Fuller is the first to go, even with the dead money. I assume they will try to trade him first in order to get some compensation. Otherwise, they get nothing for him. Second will be one of the two OT's. I can't see both returning in 2021.
