Howard had 1.9 yards per carry, if we gave him the ball more, we would've probably lost. Howard can't make guys miss, and unless he has a hole, he is not very effective. Half the time he is running into the back of O-Lineman, when a simple cutback would be a huge gain. Look at Blount, who actually did that a few times. I could care less how we are winning, especially in a game like this. There are zero style points in football, just play to win.

We play the Rams in two weeks, and depending if they lose a game between now and then might be for a first round bye. If he is not 100% for the Giants game, I would have no problem starting Daniel again with a full week of practice.

Huge win, amazing determination by this team. 3 wins in 11 days, all division wins, incredible. Eddie Jackson is a playmaker, high football IQ on perfectly timed pick 6. Then Kyle Fuller seals it with interception in the end zone (thanks Matt Stafford). Daniel did a solid job, no turnovers for him was enough. Missed a few throws but on a short week, he did a great job. 2 TDs and no picks.

Burton singlehandedly losing the game for the Bears. A fumble in our zone that resulted in a Lions TD, an easy drop, and a stupid holding penalty. Daniel looks pretty good, a little concerned that our defense won't have energy to finish this out.

Mitch holding bag with right arm, if injury was bad, he would not be doing that. So that is a good sign for the Giants game.

Looks like Trubisky will be out for Thanksgiving with Bray being called up. The only good part to this move is that Cooper was cut. Hopefully Daniel can come thru and play like he did in the preseason.

I looked back at the game and it seems that he was hurt on an earlier run where he made an awkward slide with his right arm down. He kinda slide over his arm and it ended up underneath and behind him. I think he hurt it there, probably just a sprain. More than likely not any structural damage, just sore with some reduced ROM. I would assume that he would end up being a game-time decision to just let him rest and get treatment up until that point. No reason to reaggravate it to test it before then.

I know it was crazy. He should've had 5 INTs and 3 fumbles which would've been the most turnovers in modern football by one player. It's just funny that people are celebrating the game because it was the wild wild west with no defense. Fun to watch, but if I am a KC fan, I don't know how I feel. When dudes are not wide open, he looks like a completely different QB. I agree that he is destined for boom or bust status, a bunch of TDs and INTs.

Hopefully that MNF game (which was epic) quells some of the national media narrative. Mahomes had some big plays to completely wide open receivers, but with the game on the line, he completely choked and threw back to back INT's to end the game when all they needed was a FG. He also threw a Pick-6 earlier and lost a fumble that was returned for a TD. He had 5 turnovers total, tying Nate Peterman for the most turnovers in the last few years.

Here we go! Another division game and a chance to go to 8-3 with a few extra days of rest after Thursday's game. Detroit is decimated with injuries and will more than likely be without Kerryon Johnson and Marvin Jones. They already traded Tate, so they will literally have two receiving threats, Golladay and Riddick. No other player has more than 12 receptions or 100 yards receiving. There leading rusher will be Blount (who I believed burned us a few years ago). Payback is a bitch. Sweeping the Lions in the season series on Thanksgiving would be sweet. I heard this is the quickest two-game span in NFL history (from the end of the Sunday night game until kickoff on Thursday morning). If so, that's crazy too.

So Oakland is currently holding the #1 pick in the 2019 draft, and at worst they will end with the #3 pick. The Bears, with their current record will draft around #25. If we project those positions to the 2020 draft, the Bears essentially swapped Mack for a 2019 1st rounder and 10 spots in the 2020 draft. That's pretty crazy. The worst scenario for Oakland in this trade was if they were bad and the Bears became a playoff team. It looks like that is exactly what is going to happen.

Bears win 25-20, damn close to projections. A lot of garbage time yards for Minnesota. Defense is legit, offense still a work in progress. They need some underneath routes.

14-0 Bears, I have been screaming on almost every play. Pounding it with Howard is working, need to keep that up. On the Trubisky INT, shouldn't have thrown it, but also a bad play call against 2 deep safeties. Basically throwing into triple coverage. The defense has been absolutely dominant. I would like to see Burton and Shaheen get more involved in the end half. We get the ball to start the half, need points on that drive, preferably a TD and make it a 3 TD game.
