We have been so bad and inconsistent, I don't even know if the 3-4 scheme is working.

1. Browns 0-15 2. Giants 2-12 (ARZ/WAS) 3. Colts 3-12 (HOU) ----------------------- 4. 49ers 4-10 (JAX/LAR) 5. Texans 4-10 (PIT/IND) 6. Bucs 4-11 (NO) ----------------------- 7. Broncos 5-10 (KC) 8. Jets 5-10 (NE) 9. Bears 5-10 (MIN) *Updated 12/24

Yeah, I am now having some concerns about him. I was thinking it was the receivers and the O-line, but he is just making bad throws. He looked worse than Glennon today and should've had 5 INTs. I am very concerned. Watson was the pick at #3, if Trubisky doesn't pan out, we are looking at an even longer run in mediocrity.

Wow this team is an absolute hot mess. Zero pursuit, we get another forced fumble and Agholor scoops it up for the TD. Fox needs to go, there is no point keeping him in place.
-
Take Loggains with him.
-
Alshon held Fuller on that TD, Fuller literally had to rip himself away to just get in the way.
-
O'Donnell sucks BTW, a 34 yard kick when we are on our own 10.
-
Gonna be a long day if we leave players like Ertz wide open. Seems like we do that once or twice a game. Fuller slips giving Jeffery an easy first down then Ertz wide open for TD. I don't know why we don't go man in the red zone.

I don't think we win this one, but I don't think we lose by 14. Trap game for Philly looking ahead to SEA. Mid 40's for game time temperature....Bear weather. Philly is #1 against the run, but that may be due to their early leads. Overall defenses are comparable in overall yards, but Philly has a bunch more INTs and PD's. Again, this may be due to their leads and teams needing to pass more against them. If our offense takes another step forward and our defense doesn't lay an egg, we will at least look competitive. It would be nice to see both sides of the ball play well in the same game. PHI 27-20

and it is not like Wentz is a bad QB. Alshon is on pace for about 60-900, which was not worth the money he wanted.

They gave out some interesting grades for some Bears. Several offensive linemen made their top 4 for Week 11: Leno the highest graded OT, Massie 4th: https://twitter.com/PFF/status/933157093095411712 Whitehair the highest graded C: https://twitter.com/PFF/status/933126895025221632 Shaheen the top rated TE: https://twitter.com/PFF/status/933096774763294720 Josh Sitton, 3rd highest G: https://twitter.com/PFF/status/933089394788937728 DI Mitch Unrein, 81.0 overall grade and highest rated defender https://www.profootballfocus.com/news/pro-r...hicago-bears-24 I have no clue how they grade, but it is clear that they apply no context to their grades.

What would the other one play? We seem set at Safety with Amos and Jackson.

With so many need areas, I don't know if we can double dip at corner. I like the idea of OLB and WR in the top two, but if there is a stud OT, I think that would take precedence over those two positions. We really need to anchor the line. My priorities would be: 1. OT (Massie has to be the worst positional starter on the team) 2. OLB (Need that bookend pressure opposite Floyd) 3. WR (Would hopefully compliment a WR corps of Meredith, White, Inman, Wright) 4. CB (Competes with Prince, Fuller, Callahan, and LeBlanc) 5. ILB/DL (Can never have enough of these guys) 6. OL/K (Take a shot at another interior lineman or go Kicker if Santos doesn't work out) We are currently 6th, and I don't think we finish better than the Broncos, so 5th seems realistic, especially with Philly looming. We should be 3-8 after this weekend. A move from 5th to 12th nets you a 2nd rounder (#44). 1. Browns 0-10 2. 49ers 1-9 3. Giants 2-8 4. Broncos 3-7 5. Colts 3-7 6. Bears 3-7 7. Chargers 4-6 8. Bengals 4-6 9. Raiders 4-6 10. Cardinals 4-6 So after 2 trades we get: 12th (move from 5th, get pick #44) 37th 52nd (move from 44th, get pick #84) 84th 112th 116th 149th 189th

None of that matters when Glennon, Sims, Wheaton, and Cooper are on the roster totaling $30 million on this year's cap. Hopefully Santos works out, very accurate inside 50. As long as he is healthy, he is an instant upgrade over Barth and comparable to Gould (but cheaper).

It was a pretty hard shot, hopefully just a sprain and not a tear.

Our cycle this year has been Loss-Loss-Win, Loss-Loss-Win-Win, Loss-Loss. So I am figuring this will be another one of those weird wins at home. Bears 23 - Lions 16
-
I am voting for Hicks, Amos, and Howard.

Just a note, if they call the clear hold on Nelson, Montgomery does go in untouched; and there are enough pictures of Cunningham's toe on the white with control that shows he was out. So again, we have enough pts on game changing calls that are the difference in the game. Just think if we scored a TD instead of a touchback, and GB only gets a FG instead of a TD, we win 23-19. Two calls decided the outcome of the game, regardless of how bad we played. We had 1st and goal and 4 downs to win in ATL and lost, tied with MIN and the ball, and had the ball inside NO territory with a chance to tie. Outside of the first GB game, we have been in every game. I know there are no moral victories, but we are not that far off. We have shown flashes, but now we lack consistency, which will hopefully come over the remainder of the season. Fox and Loggains should be gone regardless of any other outcomes.

We probably had some misguided expectations coming into Fox's 3rd year after we drafted Trubisky. This was a year we never should've expected anything more than 5-6 wins, and we are now on that pace. I want to see improvement from Trubisky and no major injuries the rest of the way. I would like to Shaheen play a bigger role in pass catching, and would like to see Cohen used more (2 touches last game). On defense, let's see what Bullard can do with more playing time. Let the younger guys get more playing time even if it means growing pains. At this point, I am fine either way with wins or losses, I will always be rooting for them to win, but it will not kill me if they lose knowing that we will get a better pick and more than likely a new coach and OC.

Where was this all year? Someone practiced during the bye. I guess he needs some rain and wind to be accurate. He was the team MVP today, which is sad.
-
I'm out of expletives. This is the effort we get off a bye while GB comes off a Monday Night Game? Unacceptable. Loggains needs to go now, why waste anymore time with him tainting Trubisky's development? Worst OC since Shoop? The Fox challenge was arguably one of the dumbest challenges I have seen. You were getting the ball 1st and goal inside the 2 yard line, why would you challenge it? I can see if it was a game ending play and you had no other choice, but why in the 1st half? The game seemed to change at that point as the Bears had momentum and were driving. It is ironic that we lose by 7 and that was the swing in points on that play. Fox needs to be the 2nd out the door; with 2 weeks to prepare for the biggest rivalry, this is how your team looks? Gone. Worst Winning Percentage in Team History! Fuller reverted right back to his old shitty self. He got burned all day, missed tackles, and got trucked. Could not have played worse. For how good our defense has played, I don't understand the game plan against Hundley and GB. They lose their top 2 RB's and were playing a 3rd stringer RB, backup QB, and 2nd string TE, yet we rarely got the RB in the backfield. Run blitzes? Whatever happened to getting Cohen the ball in space? 1 carry and 1 reception. Howard? 0 receptions. Shaheen with a huge play, then rarely used again, 2 targets, yet Bellamy gets 7? We have the worst game plan and it is not even close. The refs did not help (again). Nelson clearly held on the Montgomery run with no call and Prince got a ticky tack DPI on that drive. Then they got the Cunningham call wrong. His toe is in white when he has two hands on the ball. Out of bounds without a doubt. Between Miller's TD and this one, back to back weeks with points lost to bad officiating. Outside of Barth (go figure), Special Teams was brutal. We can't run it out of the end zone and start inside the 25, stupid. Sowell gets a penalty on an XP, then we still try to kick deep, which gives GB great field position, which they seemed to have all day. Please Fire Loggains!

Holy crap, play action to Shaheen, what a novel concept.
-
Wow, so we come out of the bye with that crap on offense? Then watch GB with Brett Huntley march down the field on our vaunted defense.

Welcome back, the only sites I know are the first row sites that will show up if you Google live NFL streams.

Absolutely crazy that this guy is allowed to play in this league after faking an injury. Aaron Rodgers goes down, Bennett doesn't want to play. Didn't practice for two weeks and was considering season-ending shoulder surgery after GB doctor said he could play. So Bennett goes off on Instagram like a belligerent idiot calling out the doctor, to turn around, pass a physical with the Pats, and is practicing the next day. What a hypocrite. I know the NFL can hire who they want to do "play" for them, but these guys are multi-million dollar role models, and we do not need guys like this in the public spotlight.
