Yeah, and that was a turnover. I can't believe they reviewed and determined he fumbled before his knee was down as it looked like both were down before the defender stripped him.
-
Try this one: I thought the Thompson holding was worse than Bellamy's as he was at least between the defender and the ball carrier, and the defender fell. Thompson was locked up and had a handful of jersey and Howard actually ran behind the defender compared to Cohen's run on the outside of the Bellamy block. Bellamy's gets called about 50% of the time and Thompson's about 90%. Both should've been called, but I can say Bellamy's is harder to see in full speed.

Floyd is a bust, he gets completely manhandled at the LOS. All he has is speed which is easily negated with a few steps from the OT. Once he engages with the OL, he is done.

and you can see the improvement week to week. Trubisky is missing out. We have a great running game and an improved defense. This is the ideal place for him to get experience. We are not expected to be good, so there won't be a lot of pressure on him to win immediately.
-
Why not this week though? How does GB prepare? Make the announcement on Wednesday. They will prepare for Dink and Dunk Statue Glennon and will not be ready for Trubisky's mobility.

Howard and Cohen 1-2 punched us to victory. Epic win. Cooper redeemed himself in the 2nd half, 8 targets against, and only 1 completion. Now he needs some INTs to completely redeem himself. After the Cohen run in OT, I was screaming like a little school girl, to then see it get called back, I was soo pissed. I can't see how that side judge would rule that out. Just let the play complete itself, then let the booth review. By stopping it, you can't undo that if you are wrong. So luckily Howard said screw it and literally carried us to victory on one shoulder. I was worried about a holding call on Thompson near the goal line, so I am glad there was a no call, and likely a repayment for the Cohen blunder call. I also think the Howard fumble earlier was bogus, two knees down before the ball is stripped out. Should not have been a fumble. Defensive front 4 got very little pressure early, but both McPhee and Young had timely 3rd down, drive ending sacks in the 2nd half. Amukamara, Cooper, and Fuller all had 2 passes defended apiece. Something we have not seen in quite some time. Huge win, and crazy to think we could be 2-1 right now with wins against ATL and PIT if we could've pulled out the win in Week 1 with 4 chances inside the 10.

Game goes to OT, we should've won 24-17 but lost 3 from a missed FG and 4 from the Cooper blunder. Unbelievable. Now we lose in OT and it won't matter. Glennon cannot start another game if we lose this game.
-
Guess what, 3rd and 10? Check down for 8 yards and a punt. We are playing to lose.
-
Bears can't do anything right, bad coaching. A huge punt return by Cohen to the 50, gets brought back for holding back to the 9. A 41 yard net penalty. Go Bears. Fox is part of the problem. He needs to go.

I agree. At this point it is beyond maddening.

The Jets are going to win a game before us, the freaking Jets.

MIKE GLENNON HAS MORE COMPLETIONS TO THE STEELERS THAN HIS OWN WIDE RECEIVERS!
-
And of course, Glennon on 3rd down in our Red Zone throws an INT to end the game. I don't want to see Glennon ever take another snap. At this point, he lost this game more than Cooper ever did.
-
McPhee with a huge sack on 3rd down.
-
Glennon is complete trash. Howard literally carries the team into FG range and Glennon takes a sack and can't complete a pass to save his life and we magically move backwards out of FG range. Glennon has played 3 quarters and has yet to complete a pass to a WR.
-
Complete BS, this game is fixed. Refs call a fumble with Howard's knee down, then miss OPI on Steelers which results in a TD.
-
Bryant was all over him. If it was the other way around, that would be DPI.
-
The defense is playing strong, Cooper with a nice play, and near interception.
-
Brown pushing off and no call of OPI. No way to defend him if that is the case.
-
Then back to the usual Glennon 3 and out and a punt to start the 2nd half. Good way to build off the first half.
-
Worst play I have ever seen a Bear make. You just caught a blocked punt in stride and ran for 73 yards and decided to stop at the 2 and you are stripped and fumble. We get the ball on the 1/2 yard line and then Leno commits a penalty and we settle for a FG. If we lose by 4 or less, Cooper should be cut. We have forced 3 turnovers, and have only 10 pts to show for them. You just can't win that way. We had the chance to build a 2x TD lead going into half and Cooper does that. What the hell was he thinking?
-
What the hell is going on? A blocked up, Cooper takes it the distance and decides to stop at the 2 with players pursuing and he fumbles! I can't believe he did that. What an idiot. How is that not a safety?
-
SHAHEEN with a TD! What an amazing concept. A play-action pass to an oft-used TE.
-
O-Line, Howard and Cohen look great. Howard with another bug run.
-
Cohen is insane! Stretch run to the left, Cohen reverses the field and goes for a huge gain. What the hell, Glennon throws to Sims and almost gets him killed. Then Glennon needles one to Miller. Looked like a great pass, but crazy into what was almost quadruple coverage. Miller crushed too. Glennon continues to miss wide open guys. I can't complain after that one though. Probably his best throw that was completed this year.
