For those looking to get all the Bears games but don't care if you can't watch them live. I just got NFL Game Rewind (works on computers/tablets/phones) and it is awesome. I am actually impressed and it is much better than the NFL Sunday Ticket stream I had last year. Some pretty neat features (Condensed games, Coaches film, archived games, slow mo, etc). Archived games go all the way back to 2009 and you can watch SB games as well. I just watched the GB game from last year. That Boykin TD is still BS in my opinion, that should've been blown dead. Does it really matter at that point? How good is any #3 QB going to be anyway. Season is basically over if your #2 goes down, so no point in wasting a roster spot on one.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case with Trestman. Why show your hand early? Everyone is expecting a vanilla defense, so give them what they want and have them game plan for that.

This is the conundrum, what can you actually take away from the preseason? There have been teams that have looked like Super Bowl contenders in the preseason, running up the score on everyone to end up 4-12 in the regular season. Even though everyone says Week #3 of the preseason is the most important, not every team that makes the playoffs plays well in the preseason or in Game 3. I took a look back at some preseason to regular season records. From 2009-2013 (last 5 years), SEA was the first SB winner who went undefeated during the preseason. The 3 winners before them went 2-2 in preseason, and NO was 3-1. For the SB losers, 2x were 3-1, 2x were 2-2, and one was 1-3 (IND). Now if I looked at teams that were 0-4 or 4-0 during the preseason, there was a pretty big constrast: 2013 - WAS 4-0 pre, 3-13 reg 2012 - PHI 4-0 pre, 4-12 reg 2011 - STL 4-0 pre, 2-14 reg 2010 - CHI 0-4 pre, 11-5 reg; SF 4-0 pre, 6-10 reg 2009 - MIA 4-0 pre, 7-9 reg; ARZ 0-4 pre, 10-6 reg Right now I don't know what to think. I would've like to have seen better production overall, but we actually had success against Sherman which is promising.

That is crazy if true, an hour after inking a deal, he is out practicing. Nice to see that he has some explosiveness too.

Seems like a great signing. He is only 30 and played with horrible QB's since leaving Pittsburgh, so it is no wonder his numbers dropped.

McManis and Washington stood out on the defense, Draughn had some nice runs on offense, and O'Donnell looks to have the punting wrapped up. Carey had 1x 15 yard run and was 12-21 otherwise, which is brutal. Weems is worthless and there are still concerns about the LB's. I heard on the radio that teams will just run more base packages with RB and FB or 2 TE to keep SMC on the field vs Fuller. Which makes sense from a strategy standpoint.

Wow did Weems look bad, I would take my chances with touchbacks every time than chancing a turnover that deep in our zone. Weems not only failed on ST, he didn't do anything on offense either. Washington really stood out, he seemed faster than everyone and was making some great plays.

Yeah, this sucks. We were about to have a formidable pair of TE's and this happens. This guy can't catch a break. Either he has bad genes, luck, or roided at some point.

If the Jags offensive line was any good, we would be down 21-0.

The entire defense looks like crap. I am sick of the scheme already, too many holes. Henne looks like a Pro Bowler, and we can't even get a first down on offense. Surprised by the start.

Yeah, Joe D is definitely on the chopping block. Tucker is #2 in the chute if the defense doesn't turn it around this year.

Miller also made a nice catch and run with Palmer. He caught it near the sidelines for a few yards, then made 2 good moves to avoid defenders and got 15+ out of it. Literally made something out of nothing. I was thoroughly impressed with him all night long.

All subs in now, Palmer looks really bad at QB. Sanchez looks like a Pro Bowler. SMC with a weak attempt at tackling on a long run.

Zach Miller still in at TE, makes a great catch and a few moves for a nice gain. Very impressed with him so far at TE.
