  1. This is a great matchup for the Bears. Indy has the worst Rushing Defense in the league (173 YPG) which will allow the Bears to keep Manning off the field. Check these out: Indy on Grass (2-3) at DEN 34-31 W (227 Rushing Yards Allowed) at NE 27-20 W (148 Rushing Yards Allowed) at TEN 17-20 L (219 Rushing Yards Allowed) at JAX 17-44 L (375 Rushing Yards Allowed) at HOU 24-27 L (191 Rushing Yds Allowed) They let up an average of 232 YPG on the ground when playing on grass. That is huge and cannot be overlooked. Also, Hester will be playing in Miami again. I have a feeling he is going to come up big on at least one play. BTW, Hobbs for NE had 220 Return Yards against Indy with one 80 Yd return. Salisbury has already picked Indy, so the Bears are looking good. Bradley should be back which will give the Bears another option on Offense (Jones, Benson, Clark, Muhammad, Berrian, Davis, Bradley).
  2. I think this is the perfect situation. Outdoors on grass as Underdogs. Indy has the worst Rushing Defense in the league (173 YPG) and their offense is not as good as the Saints. I thought this was funny too. Cris Carter picks the Colts and says: "Great offense beats great defense". I could swear it was the other way around? Is he smoking some funny stuff again?
  3. No way, my last prediction was right on!
  4. "The Bears are who we thought they were" "Crown their Asses"
  5. Indy is very similar to New Orleans and we have already seen the Pats. I like either matchup.
  6. I change my prediction, Bears 39 - Saints 14
  7. That game was a microcosm of the season, offense when we needed it, great Special Teams, and opportunistic Defense. 39-14. I was way off.
  8. A nice sustained drive would be sweet. Keep their offense off the field.
  9. The pressure has been solid, and with the footing looking a little slippery, the receivers are not going to get very good breaks.
  10. Bear down: http://www.pcgamingtech.net/downloads/bears.rm HERE WE GOOO!!! Bears on D first.
  11. Really? Yeah, he was a "Scrub" Replacement Bear during the strike year. Hilarious, Jimmy Johnson just said the weather favors the Saints? He must have been with Michael Vick last week.
  12. I hope to this happen a lot against the Saints: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fEfufZtY6BE...ted&search=
  13. I just can't believe the Saints are not practicing outside at all before this game. They said that the Saints will practice indoors until the day of the game to stay on the same routine they had during the year. I think this is going to help the Bears. Your body does not acclimate that fast to temperature changes. This should suck some energy from their bodies in the 2nd half. They are also more prone to injuries, especially early on when the body is not completely warmed up. The other funny thing I keep seeing is how everyone, and I mean every "analyst" gives the Saints the coaching edge. I would say the only edge they have is on the offensive side, but the Bears trump that with Defense and Special Teams, which are also "coached". 16 hours, 40 minutes.........
  14. Game Time Weather update: Snow Showers, 30 degrees, Winds ESE 7 mph The Saints last two "cold" games: at NY Giants 24DEC06 - Game Time Temp - 51 Degrees at Pittsburgh 12NOV06 - Game Time Temp - 55 Degrees They have not played a game with a Game Time temperature under 50 degrees this season. Here is an interesting stat. In the Saints 5 losses before their Week 17 Garbage Week loss, the Saints allowed a 100 Yard Rusher in every game: W. Parker - 213 Rushing Yards (Long - 76 yds) L. Betts - 119 Rushing Yards R. Johnson - 111 Rushing Yards J. Lewis - 109 Rushing Yards D. Foster - 105 Rushing Yards If you do it by team rushing, the Saints allowed over 100 yards in every loss, and only allowed over 100 in 5 of their 11 wins (with 2 of those being against Vick). So for traditional running games, only 3 teams lost when they went over 100 (Dallas, TB, and Philly in the playoffs).
  15. Updated Weather for Sunday as of January 18th: High of 31, Winds ESE at 10 mph, snow showers
