Not quite as bad as the Browns but I hate the notion of "Well it's tradition you gotta stick with it" I've always said, the Fighting Illini had the same style of jerseys for the longest time and they're just as much of a "tradition" as the Bears yet they made a change a couple of years ago that made them one of the more attractive jerseys in college football. Why can't the Bears make some sort of change? I'm not asking for an overhaul.

Yes! I would love to bring Chad in here. Most people say they want no part of his mouth but I welcome it. The Bears don't have any sort of attitude in the locker room, its just a blah atmosphere. Alex Brown and Mike Brown are the only guys who say what they mean. Chad would bring the attention on him but he produces and makes plays. The only thing you worry about with him is, if Orton struggles next year and still can't throw the deep ball you can bet you'll here from Chad.

Its only not a great offense because of their lack of talent but that's what the Bears were looking at this year where their only real option was Matt Forte.

He had over 100 receptions 1200+ yards and 13 TD's, he's hardly just a one tool player. He's under the category of "Special" because he's all purpose and can help you on special teams. I'd take him in a heartbeat if we stand pat and falls to us at 18 (If that is indeed what we do).

I don't even think Maclin will be available when our pick comes around so we'd have to trade up to get him. He's the only receiver other than Hayward Bay that I really want.

Which is what I see Orton becoming. Their games are very similar because neither are great deep ball throwers and they rely on the short-intermediate passing game. Kyle just hasn't learned how to do it as effective as Pennington.

The point is, having a very good WR on this team is a necessity. We need it more than anything else IMO. If you don't go after Anquan Boldin, there is the option of Chad Johnson who would have to traded for also, or TJ Housh who is a free agent but is also 32 years old (Which I don't want).

This is a very creative offense. They bring out just about every formation, the wishbone, the wildcat etc.. Their unique running style makes Chad Pennington look like a Pro Bowler when he's really just like Kyle Orton if you think about it. I wish the Bears would develop a clever offense like this, that keeps the defense on their toes. Bring that OC over here

They were able to play like that because of how dominant their defense was. They got off the field fast so the offense could eat clock and pound the rock into the endzone. And you know how they do it? It starts with the defensive line, something we don't have. We get no pressure on the quarterback which effects the DB's in the passing game and it doesn't help that we don't have a legit cover guy either. Graham and Tillman are both tacklers.
