Yep I agree, I'd like to see Brandon Rideau in this week's game. He can be a big play receiver, we need someone who does that besides Hester.

He gets a pass because he played hurt, that obviously affected his play. Like I said before, I'd rather have a 70% Kyle Orton starting over a 100% Rex. The Packer game was just one of those games you want to forget about. Nobody played worth a damn and it was an all around losing effort. Orton played like he did the first 1 or 2 games of the year, "Managing the game" due to his ankle.. yes It hurt our offense but having him on the field hurt tells you alot about what the staff thinks of Rex

I still wouldn't trade Hester. He's progressing as a wide receiver now, he will pay off in the end I think but he's just having a bad year special teams wise this season. He'll get over it.

The man speaks the truth. He was interviewed after the game and said "The defense isn't what it used to be, we haven't figured it out obviously because it would have been fixed by now." He's the leader of the defense and I love what he says. He was the only guy who played physical all game long, and he seems to be the only player that doesn't give vague answers. I wish we had more Mike Browns on this team..

Well you can already tell early in the game the Bears aren't stacking 8 in the box like they've always been. Trying to play better pass defense is my guess.

Something just hit me. Maybe Lovie really isn't involved alot in the defensive plays during the game and he's just defending his friend Babich? You rarely ever see him talk during games so I think maybe he should take over next week with the defensive play calling to give the team a boost. What say you guys?
