  1. Hester's season is probably done, he'll come back but I bet he's got an abdominal strain and those suckers will linger the entire season. Not good.
  2. Can Greg Olsen suck any more ass today? Get him off the field!
  3. There goes the most overrated player in football jawing it up after he got Jacked up by Briggs! I hope Briggs knocks him the freak out the next time. What an idiot!
  4. Halftime Analysis: Stats: Kyle Orton 9/13 81 yards 0 TD 0 INT Matt Forte: 14 carries 53 yards 0 TD (Should have over 60 if it weren't for Mckie) B Lloyd: 2 catches 42 yards 1 TD (On the punt team!) Offense: Kyle Orton- So far he's looked brilliant. He's moving the ball on offense and has connected on some big plays, two to Brandon lloyd and one to Dez Clark. I'm glad he's in at Quarterback. Matt Forte- Should have over 60 yards but due to Mckie's dumbness he's held to 53 yards. Look for him to come up big in the second half. The defense has been DOMINANT! They are shutting down Carolina but I still don't think 10 points is enough to win the game. We must score more to win! Lets continue to dominate!
  5. I want to see Matt Forte get a touchdown here!
  6. hmmmm, it sure makes you think about it more but how much does that test pertain to you on a personal level mentally? Isn't that test just about your knowledge of the game? I'm just asking cuz I don't know.
  7. I'd almost rather have Kyle Orton than Jake Dellhomo. He just doesn't appeal to me as being a good quarterback. Him and Sean Alexander have always been on my "Most overrated players" list. Without Steve Smith, Delhomme is very average.
  8. I always thought Jake Dellhomme was one of the most overrated players in the game, I don't fear him at all, especially with Steve Smith out.
  9. Predictions: Kyle Orton: 11/22 158 yards 1 TD 0 INT Matt Forte: 29 carries 152 yards 1 TD 1 reception 7 yards 1 TD Kevin Jones: 7 carries 45 yards 1 TD Hester: 1 rec 14 yards Lloyd: 2 rec 29 yards All in all I think we should dominate offensively with our running game. Forte will crush them and Kevin Jones won't miss a beat when he comes in. I predict Kyle struggles a little bit late and overthrows a couple open receivers causing his completion % to drop but he will still do his thing and manage the game the right way. If the defense plays like they did in Indy we will blow the Panthers outta the water. We could score over 30!
  10. The Patriots being number 2 is a joke and a half..
  11. I don't think the Packers miss a beat this year unless they have injuries. Aaron Rodgers looked like a top tier quarterback from what I saw Monday night. He even looked a little Farve-esque with that TD pass to that one guy at the goal line. But since Lovie has been here we've pretty much owned the Packers, and I expect the same this year!
  12. I thought Vince Young would be a top tier Quarterback before it was all said and done but now it's looking like he's heading in the wrong direction.
  13. The Bears surprised me! I guess preseason doesn't have any bearing at all on how the season will go for a team. We completely dominated the Colts on the ground and we controlled the game throughout.
  14. Okay I don't know about you but I really like the white on whites! We should do away with the navy pants. Same goes for when were playing at home, go with the navy on navy! We look so much sharper with those jerseys on, what do you guys think?
  15. Hester's dreads got alot longer from last season to this season! Anyone else notice that?
  16. The Good: Matt Forte Peanut Tillman Ogun The Bad: Nate Vasher The Okay: Kyle Orton Offensive Line Linebackers
  17. You guys aren't getting it. It all depends on the situation and game plan. We were running the ball well, Kyle didn't need to throw for 250 yards. If you didn't notice, we ran for over 180 yards! It's dumb to make it an either or type of thing. There is going to be a time where we can't run the ball effectively and Kyle will be forced to throw it 30-40 times. Then I would expect him (hopefully) to be in the 250-300+ yard range. But any day of the week I'd rather have our running game go for over 180 then have our QB throw for 350 yards mainly because you control the game and clock when you run the ball, and it makes a quarterbacks job much easier if your not a Peyton Manning or a Tom Brady to just manage the game. That's what we did last night, Kyle managed the game but that's alright.
  18. I still have doubts about Babich. One game is hardly enough to sway me either way.
