When do you ever see Thomas Jones over 70 yards rushing at the beginning of the 4th quarter? Very rarely. He almost always gets his yardage in the 4th quarter and his stats show he gets stronger as the game goes on. Whos to say Cedric wouldnt have had over 100 yards if he played most of the game? Even the Broadcasters were saying Cedric looked more effective then Thomas Jones. We cant keep limiting Cedrics carries. Running backs dont last long as it is. He will be in his third year before he starts and he might not even do that.. I dont know, I dont get all the people that think Thomas Jones is a great running back I dont see it. Im not saying Benson is a great Runningback cuz hes not yet. But he wasnt a 4th pick in the 1st round for nothing...

Well I believe that Rex will improve next year alot. I predicted he would have around 18 touchdown passes this season and around 12-16 interceptions. I think he has the 18 TD's and is close to the INT's. Actually he has met my expectations for this season and probably will surpass them with alot more games left to play. I guess since his great start I want more but Its just realistic. He virtually is somewhat of a rookie but you cant throw 3 Int's against a great team and expect to win. I hope he comes out next week and has a great game.

But the reason they got Griese is to be a backup except in emergency situations. Its not an emergency yet (9-2) but im sensing one may be forthcoming. I want all the momentum we can have going into the playoffs and not be like last year where we rest our starters and basically give the game to the opponent. It looks like we are going to have home field throughout and get a bye just like last year. It can be good or bad but If Rex has another horiffic performance like today I think Lovie makes the switch. Just my honest opinion. We have a pretty easy schedule the rest of the way. Minnesota, St Louis, Detroit, Tampa Bay, Green Bay.

You dont even know what your talking about. Grossman threw 3 picks in a huge game. Over the last 6 games he has been terrible except for a few. I dont know if I trust a Quarterback who is so eratic and inconsistant in a playoff game. Griese throughout his tenure as a quarterback doesnt throw too many interceptions and has over a 60% career completion percentage. In otherwards he doesnt miss much. I dont know how thats so hard to understand. I dont really care if Grossman continues to start becuase I expect he will, but his team doesnt need the pathetic performances he has given them in some games this season. When he is on the Bears blowout there opponent, when he is off he is WAY off and usually that dictates the outcome of the game.

When did I say that? My point is.. I dont want to die with one guy when I know I have another guy that can perform. See what hes got but Im not dying with another bullet in my hand. I have no clue how Griese will do but I know he is the polar opposite of Grossman and could lead to fewer turnovers and alls this team needs is somebody that can manage the game while puting a fair ammount of points on the board.

I said the DEFENSIVE LINE! And yes Thomas Jones is terrible and Cedric should be our full time running back, I dont care what you think, I have my own opinion. And yes, Rex Grossman was horrendous and has been the past 6 games minus a few. Everybody talks about our front seven being so good. I dont see it, Tom Brady might have got pinched twice the whole game. In order to rattle a quarterback you need to get pressure and thats why I said twice because those were the two times he was intercepted. Im angry because this was the biggest game of the season so far and we blew it. Dont make it seem like were still the best team in the NFL. Tony Romo is in a zone and there is no way in hell if we played them today we could beat the Dallas Cowboys. He has been the best quarterback in the league since he has started. The Bears dont suck, they need a quarterback change and a running back change. Yeah Jones got 99 yards tonight about 50 of those yards were about the last 8:00 of the 4th quarter. This team may be able to beat those weak NFC teams but not the Top of the notch AFC teams. This team is being held back by our quarterback play.

I have lost ALL faith in Grossman, I cant stand him anymore. It was a statement for him tonight. He lost the team the game and he is a pathetic Quarterback. Griese will do better.
