lol scientology isnt even a religion, its Tom Cruise going crazy. -
well he already looks like a much better open field tackler than Hunter as you can see by his performance on special teams. Two BECAUSE
-
Ya that sucks but hopefully he can come back next year and start at Strong side LB.

he wont -
erm, like I said before Lovie needs to start him atleast two games in a row to see how he is. If he performs better than Thomas Jones then start him the rest of the year if not then dont even though if It were up to me Id start Benson but im not the coach.

Ya I agree but he is still the reigning MVP so you never know even though I still dont think he is very good. So expect Hasselbeck to be throwing around 40-50+ passes next week. That can be either good or bad.

Yea I saw Matt got 5 Td passes, thank god hes on my fantasy but I really think next weeks game will be similar to this one with the same result.

O I have been on Rex's bandwagon since the start and I will never get off unless he absolutely sucks it up for a season which is unlikely. I LOVE REX! He also has been my favorite Bears, him and Berrian.

After all the hype after the first two blowouts in as many games the Bears were on high hopes coming into this week against the Purple people eaters. The suprise so far this year has been the play of QB Rex Grossman who lead the NFL in passer rating entering the game. That didnt last long. In the beginning Rex look really fluid going 6-7 on the first drive of the game completing passes to Clark, Moose and Berrian just like he had done in weeks prior, spreading the ball around. Then Minnesota decided to pressure Rex in the second quarter and that led to an Interception late in the second quarter that proved somewhat costly leading the Vikes to a fieldgoal and heading into halftime with a 9-6 lead. They needed a spark to start the second half so the Bears decided to get back to Bears football and that is the running game. Thomas Jones had a solid drive that led the Bears to another field goal tying the game 9-9. The Vikings kept running the ball as well getting some much needed yardage to move the chains and to get back out in front. In the fourth quarter the Bears were ahead 12-9 untill Rex Grossman threw one on the flat right to a Vikings cornerback that easily ran the ball in the endzone. The vikes took the lead 12-16. It was nearing the end of the 4th with about 4 minutes to go in the game so the Bears really needed a big stop or turnover. Look no further than Tommie Harris who forced a fumble by Chester Taylor that was picked up by Ogunleye giving the Bears tremendous field position to hopefully get a Touchdown from Rex. With all the adversity and crowd noise this game had Grossman stepped it up and did what great Quarterbacks do and drive their team back from behind late in the 4th quarter. Coming into the game Rex had never thrown a touchdown in the 4th in his NFL career, well that changed this Sunday as he hit Rashied Davis on about a 27 yard Touchdown pass from Grossman. Rex finally did it! Leading the Bears to victory 19-16 and better yet going 3-0 in the division sending a message early to those teams. It was very sloppy but nonetheless a victory. Thats what great teams do is no matter how they do it just win and thats what the Bears did this Sunday. It was a great 2 week run for Grossman but I dont think we will be seeing Rex's name at the top of the League in passer rating any time soon. He took a big step in his maturation process as a Quarterback, with all this adversity he did a really good job. The one thing he needs to work on is working under pressure, staying in the pocket not getting "happy feet" If he conquers that, Chicago has defenatley found its new Quarterback for years to come. Im looking forward to seeing what they will do come this week against the Seattle Seahawks.

I hope Hasselbeck gets all his Tds today and not next week cuz I have him in fantasy.
-
Seattle arent as good as they were last year. Their O line is susceptible now. I really think we can rattle Hasselbeck more than we could Johnson. Therfore I predict a Bears win next week on Sunday night football.

lol ya wtf? Also I got it from Helmet2Helmet.net someone was using it there so I decided to use it here..
