  1. I really don't know why teams would even bother passing against the Bears. The Rams are averaging over 11 yards per carry and 160 yards total before the end of the first half.
  2. What an impressive touchdown scoring drive by the Bears amidst all the chaos. I don't trust the defense to step up, but they CANNOT allow the Rams to put up more points before halftime. We need to catch a break.
  3. Referees taking over the game now.
  4. Bowman needed that pick.. At least we forced them to punt. Time for the offense to get back in this.
  5. Can't allow another touchdown or this one will get out of hand.
  6. Zach Stacy might have 200+ total yards before the end of this game. Meanwhile another poor Conte angle cost them an extra 25 yards. This guy is the worst.
  7. What does Conte have to do to lose his job?
  8. What an epic disaster of a start. Rams score on the 3rd play of the game, Forte fumbles, and Bostic looks to be seriously hurt.
  9. Tavon Austin is going to be special. Said it before the draft.
  10. I feel the same way. The way the Panthers are playing, it looks like it could be another year where a 10-6 team misses the playoffs. It would suck if that happened to the Bears two years in a row. They pretty much have to win the division to get in.
  11. I hope Ratliff will be able to play next week. If we could get a spark from him, and Briggs comes back in a couple of weeks, this defense won't be nearly as awful. The run defense should definitely get better if Ratliff is any semblance of his old self from 2 years ago.
  12. The Good: - Josh McCown - Matt Forte - David Bass The Okay: -Alshon Jeffery The Bad: - Coaching - Penalties Thoughts: -Josh McCown continues to play well in place of Cutler. -Matt Forte wasn't spectacular, but he made several huge plays in both the pass/run game today. -David Bass flashed on a couple of plays today, including an athletic pick 6 while Ray Rice was about to take out his legs. -Jeffery had too many balls fall on the ground today. Nearly two fumbles lost. Luckily he's still making plays and not letting the bad ones get to him. He's slowly becoming one of the best #2 receivers in this league. -The coaching was abysmal once again tonight. Not quite as bad as last week but pretty close. Trestman's clock management is so bad right now, I have no idea what he's doing or thinking. To not call timeouts at the end there to give your offense a chance to respond before OT was ridiculous. He's lucky they didn't get a TD and end the game right there because that would have caused fans to go bezerk. I thought the playcalling was inconsistent as hell. I did not like the conservative calls with 8 minutes left to go in the game. I understand slowing the game down, and allowing time to chew off the clock, but I'm talking about the play calling itself. Too many run plays called in that situation where they could have iced the game with more points. - Way too many penalties tonight. That stuff can't happen. - Defense sucked early, were okay in the middle, and sucked late. They made a few nice plays to get turnovers, but I can't stand how often they give up 3rd and longs. Damn near lost the game at the end, too.
  13. Wow. Robbie Gould delivers again! Got nervous there when Bennett wasn't able to score on that long pass.
  14. Now there's no time left to win the game in regulation thanks to your dumb ass, Trestman. freakin stupid as hell.
  15. ARE YOU KIDDING ME TRESTMAN? WHY THE freak WOULDNT YOU USE A TIMEOUT! freakin MORON.
  16. Do not like the conservative play calling with over 8 minutes left to start the drive.
  17. That was all Matt Forte there. Hell of a play. Finally call a screen pass! TD BEARS!
  18. Dumb challenge by Baltimore. Clearly a catch and fumble.
  19. The offense is completely out of sync today. I hate the play calling. How about a screen one time? Use the bad footing to your advantage! 3 straight runs..
  20. Cheta is freakishly fast off the ball. He played like that in pre-season last year.
