Am I the only one getting a hard on from these UDFAs??? Minter was a projected 6th rounder who ran a 4.78...At 300 pounds...His 40/20/10 are comparable to Shariff Floyds (I'm not saying he'll be better) and his Vert was 4" higher while he ran the shuttle .40 seconds faster. Broke up 9 passes as a soph. Really well put together video of him here. PJ Lonergan also looks like a good prospect as well. 6th ranked OC, 197 overall, projected as a 6th rounder. 3 year starter in the SEC. Could give Garza some competition. Ford was also considered a 6th round pick, 188 overall. He too was a combine warrior... Said to have bad hands though and in this offense that could be his downfall.

Also sounds like the guy opposite of Jeffery...Brandon Marshall....Who also sounds a bit like Mark Harrison. Really high on these WRs.

I'm hoping the fact that he worked out with Marshall, Bennett, Jeffry, and ERod pre draft that he built a bond with those guys and that's why they picked him up. Hopefully Marshall takes him under his wing and he matures here like Brandon has matured. Really a big fan of this move. I believe he was on Kiper or Mayocks top 10 BPA list as early as the 6th round, and I wanted him in the 6th. From NFL.com 12th fastest 40, 4th highest vertical, 2nd longest arms, tied for 18th with Wilson in the shuttle, 6th in bench reps and 5th longest broad jump. Between him, Wilson, and Joe Anderson I think one of them will break out and push Bennett for the #3 WR position.

I wanted Harrison, nice! He was training with Marshall. Big guy with some speed. Also Josh Lenz, WR, Iowa State...He looks like an intriguing prospect. ------ Rucker has a good size and speed combo as well, 6'3" ran a low 4.38.

I agree that this is a good point. Big, good hands, battles to get tough passes. I like the pick.

Down goes Poyer. Marc Anthony? TE? WR? DT?

Poyer is taking a big plunge I'll be rooting for him for the 3rd round in a row....Marc Anthony could be a good pick as well. If they want a WR I still really like Harrison. If they want a TE I like Fauria and Otten.

I'd like to see them go with Poyer. A whole bunch of WR options though with Swope, Rogers, Williams, and Mark Harrison. They worked our Bray as well and he could be the pick. Matt Scott would also be an intriguing pick.

Me personally I would love to see Williams-Simon-Toiolo as our final 3 picks. I kinda doubt it shakes down that way though. I wouldn't be shocked, based on visits and such, if Simon is our pick in the 4th. Pass on getting a QB and just grab David Garrard or Tim Tebow .

Ziggy Ansah is who I believe you're talking about...Looking at all the videos Long has on youtube I can believe that some think he's the #3 OG and worth a 1st round pick. Dudes nasty. I like what I heard him say at the combine, something about him bringing the tenacity of a DL (which he previously played) to the OL. The more I read about and watch him the more I like him.

I'm not taking it personal I just don't think the he brings nothing to the table with the short little insults he throws out there and I find it highly annoying. If he wants to call someone garbage and then explain himself then im fine. Just trying to make this board a little more enjoyable...but I guess im the only one that gets annoyed by them. It's comments like the above that disagree that really grind my gears. I believe you've got to be pretty intelligent to be a geologist so how about we see some of that intelligence translate over to this board instead of all your famous one liners. I'm trying not to hate here man, it's just a suggestion.

Eh, screw it, that sounds like too much work...I probably won't be here much longer after the draft anyway. -With no 3rd round pick I can live with a guy who at 1 point was lumped in with Ertz and Eifert. -Feet are pretty important for an OLmen, it wouldn't shock me to see Jones out the whole year. It's also not just his injury that scares me. -I'm more focused on getting a guy who takes up 2 blockers and makes everyones job easier, a run stuffer. I do agree that Hankins is the better player though but I would be happy with either.
