GakMan23
mikecwright Michael C. Wright I don't post play by play. But wow, Kyle Fuller dove in front of WR for a nice pick just now. Hopefully we got something special with this guy and will be seeing lots of amazing plays for picks by him!!!

ASHKUM BEAR
Jeff Dickerson Kyle Fuller with another interception. Picks off Jimmy Clausen. They were excited on 670 the Score saying Fuller has two INT's. My thought...it's "practice"....it's only "practice" (Allen Iverson) Great to see he is making plays though, that's what we need. The pessimist in me wants to know 'who' is throwing Kyle all these picks? Probably not Cutler (assuming it's second team reps he's - Fuller - getting). Which concerns me on the #2 is that is doing this. Jordan or Jimmy? Hmmmm...

adam
I see it as a positive. He is showing why he is a 1st round pick. I would be more concerned if you never heard him mentioned. Gakman, feel free to post play by play and your overall assessment of standout players.
bradjock
*Edit to previous post: Now I see it was Jordan...at least on this one. Yep. I was at camp today and I'd add this was not Jordan's fault at all. The ball was a bit low and maybe Josh Morgan slipped just a little. But it bounced off his hands/arms right to Fuller. That's on Morgan. I was hoping he could be a solid back-up but man he looked bad today. Kudos to Morgan for making a nice play on the ball. With Fuller being a first rounder it is good to see him being opportunistic this early in camp. I'm sure he would (will) perform the same when given first team starts. It just doesn't speak well to a player that has been in the 'system' (Palmer) when competing against one that hasn't (Clausen). I'm personally not a fan of Clausen's but am willing to see how he works out in a support role. FWIW I think Morgan (unfortunately) is a lost cause. So hearing murmurs of the possibility in bringing back Orton in a back up role(?). I suspect that would only occur if both Palmer and Clausen fail miserably. Still a bit of time to determine that. Pixote
I have not read anything about how our 2 rookie DLmen, Ego & Will, looked in camp. Anyone else hear how they have progressed? I know it is early and meaningless at this stage but was hoping for some positive reports.

Not that it answers 'how they're doing in camp ' but I saw a video report, that I can't seem to find, from D-line coach Pasquoloni. He was giving great feedback on both of them and their work ethic. That and how well they are adapting to the pro life. Sounds like he thinks pretty highly of both.

It's too early to get any inkling of how linemen on either side are doing. Pads go on today and that'll start to let us know what we've got. I had no worries about Sutton from a professionalism standpoint and so far so good there. The surprise for me has been Ego. In the summer when they went to the Hall of Fame he promised to study and win the competition on the knowledge test among all rookies…and he did. That in itself means nothing about football but it does show a man who is willing to work to succeed even in the little inconsequential things. Now we find out he's been taking yoga classes because the coaches told him he needed to improve his flexibility. All told everything he's done so far this offseason has been more than I expected. Now it's time to see how he does on the field but even if the early returns aren't great if he maintains this work ethic I think we'll have a good player down the road. adam
Twitter updates from Day 3 (in pads): Michael Wright Alshon caught only 1 ball on Fuller in 1 on 1s. He slapped fuller in head to get open. Would've been offensive PI. Fuller D'd up Alshon Jeffery just now in one-on-ones. Knocked ball away. Was on him like glue. Jeff Dickerson These routes by Alshon Jeffery vs. Kyle Fuller in 1-on-1 drills are something else. Can only help Fuller in his development. Fuller looking really good.
