BearFan2000
10 team PPR draft We start 1QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex (RB/WR/TE), 1 Def/st, 1 K QB - Stafford RB - Forte, Ellington, Fred Jackson, Terrance West WR - Jordy Nelson, Vincent Jackson, Marques Colston, Torrey Smith, Wes Welker, DeAndre Hopkins TE - Jordan Reed, Zach Ertz D/ST - Cardinals K - Mason Crosby I like my team overall I do feel my weakest spot is RB but it seemed like when I would pick there was better value at WR and I'd already gotten my top two RB's an like the upside potential of West and Fred Jackson just keeps outperforming Spiller. Som trades I'm considering: Colston for Ben Tate would give me both backs should Tate stay healthy. Colston for Golden Tate, I like the idea of having Tate who has lots of upside on the same team as my QB Also on a side note forgive me if this shouldn't be posted in the main board, but the other boards have virtually no activity. I've wondered if we shouldn't have a separate board on this forum strictly to talk fantasy football. start sit talk, trade talk, etc.
adam
Not bad, very strong WR, very weak RB. I would go Colston for Ben Tate. Going to Golden would lock you into Detroit with Stafford. You would win or lose with them.
scs787
I like it. I'm high on Ellington, so I wouldn't say RB is very weak. I'd no doubt do the Colston for Tate deal. Welker, if/when healthy, is a real good WR3 and you have Smith and Hopkins to fill in on bye weeks or is Welker gets hurt. Just drafted my keeper league.... QB-Brady WR- Cobb WR- Allen WR- Cruz RB- McCoy RB- Lamar Miller/Knowshon Moreno (I think whoever wins that job is gonna be a solid RB in that system) TE- J. Thomas Flex- Gore Bench- Miller/Moreno, Sproles, Terrance Williams, Cooper, Austin, Tim Wright(Love him this year as the 2nd TE for the Pats, thinkin Aaron Hernandez type #s). I'm high on Ellington too, so I like my 1 and 2 RB but behind them I'm weak. Hindsight's 20/20, I perhaps should have gotten one more RB higher up rather than a WR. my first 5 picks netted me Forte, Ellington, Stafford, Nelson, and V. Jax. I didn't take another RB till round 10 which was a mistake as there were better options on the board than F. Jax that I passed on. I will propose the Tate for Colston trade after week one's matchup, I'm playing the guy who has Tate and he's very weak at WR, no sense in helping him out against me lol. if Colston has a strong game against Atlanta that only helps me. And I do agree with Adam on the Colston for Tate, I have seen the QB/WR tandom work and do well but I've also seen it fail you have about a 50/50 shot of it actually paying off while I do feel it could in this case since Megatron will draw a lot of attention giving Tate favorable coverage. Stafford like Cutler tends to look for his guy, in Megatron like Jay seems to look for Marshall. Perhaps I can use Colston to get Ben Tate, and use another player to trade for Golden. I would probably use Golden as an RB3 in a matchup very favorable for Detroit.

Everybody has their stength and a weakness. RB doesnt have much depth, but if people dont get injuried your good to go.

McCoy is obviously a plum, the RB combo of Miller and Moreno will haunt you because it will be used as a RB committee so neither will be a good number 2. Other wise a strong team.
