The sad thing was he was progressing and did a really nice job against SF. I know a few don't care and just want him gone, but I'd like to see him do well. Clay Matthews was out 5 weeks last year with a broken hand so I'd say 4-6 since everyone heals differently. I also think if it doesn't require surgery (Matthews did) then he could play with a cast on and be back in a week or 2. I thought last game he played really well and hope he's back soon.
