adam
This is the most optimistic view I have seen out of the national media. Now I remain realistic and slightly pessimistic (especially with the schedule). My projection is more in the 7-9 win range, but 10 would have us on the cusp of the playoffs. So what do you think? Can Fox/Gase/Fangio and Pace double the Bears win total in one offseason? http://www.chicagobears.com/news/article-1...80-b4b49994f214

And how now it could be considered an improvement? Oddly enough, Fox was dismissed from Denver after going 12-4 and being one year removed from a SB appearance. Anyhow, that being said yes Id have to agree with O'Hara. I saw the same article. He's right that there is still too much talent on the offense to not be good...despite Cutler still playing. And with some of the upgrades on defense and the draft yet to come I can't see how the defense could be any worse. But when it's all said and done I think what really is going to make a difference this year is the GM and especially the coaching staff. With Fox, Fangio and Gase running the show I have much more faith than I have the last few years.
