jason
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300000048...k-draft-round-3 1 - Kevin White, WR, WVU 2 - Jordan Phillips, NT, Oklahoma 3 - Paul Dawson, ILB, TCU 4 - Lorenzo Mauldin, OLB, Louisville 5 - Kevin White, DB, TCU 6 - Kurtis Drummond, FS, Mich.St. I don't really like the Mauldin pick, but that's not bad. Yeah, maybe Tyrus Thompson or Max Garcia there instead?

Ive read good things about Paul Dawson. Havent heard much about Jordan Phillips, anyone else got info on him?
scs787
Yeah, maybe Tyrus Thompson or Max Garcia there instead? Ya, give me Thompson over Mauldin and I'd love this draft. Would have liked to go OL sooner but if Phillips makes to us in the 2R, and Dawson makes it to us in the 3rd, I'd have no problem passing on the OL. dawhizz
I actually quite like this. I could quibble with the late round picks (I'd prefer Jarrett over Drummond and I'm not sure if White #2 fits the Fangio scheme), but those are all talented players at a reasonable spot. Isn't it nice not to have to say "fits the Tucker scheme"?
dawhizz
Isn't it nice not to have to say "fits the Tucker scheme"? I never knew what the Tucker scheme was, so I'm not sure I ever used that phrase. Kind of the problem, IMO.

I could like this draft, it aint perfect but the real one wont be either.
