scs787
Timu looks fairly interesting. Said to be the leader of that very talented Washington team. Undersized but I don't think that really matters to Vic.

Alaskan Grizzly
Was intrigued by the Carden pick. The write up says he's Favre like with his gunslinger mentality. (great - just what we need...?. Watched some video on him and he's got an ugly release. Kinda looks like Bernie Kosarish. Oh well, since Pace picked him he might have a better chance to make the roster than Fales. I guess this will be the flyer.
lemonej
Jacoby Glenn, CB, UCF Could have easily been a draft pick. I wanted this guy as a draft pick so hopefully he bucks the odds because he has some measurables.
killakrzydav
If my memory serves me correctly, Carden was one of the worst Qb ' s there. Perhaps Fox and Pace can fix the accuracy issues.
Stinger226
If my memory serves me correctly, Carden was one of the worst Qb ' s there. Perhaps Fox and Pace can fix the accuracy issues. He started the last three seasons (39 games), compiling 11,991 yards, 86 touchdowns, 30 interceptions and a completion percentage of 66.6. As a senior, he completed 63.5 percent of his passes for 4,736 yards, 30 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. I think that is one of his strengths, the accuracy thing. adam
I wanted this guy as a draft pick so hopefully he bucks the odds because he has some measurables. Yeah he led the nation in QB Rating Against, so he has the performance to back it up as well. https://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2015/...ts-cornerbacks/
killakrzydav
Actually look at his Combine throws then tell me this basic NFL out breaking route is his strength. Its not. Reread the thread or look at his tape before you place a blanket statement on him.
killakrzydav
I'm not quite sure why my quotes aren't working but that was about Carden directed at Stinger.
jason
I wanted this guy as a draft pick so hopefully he bucks the odds because he has some measurables. Ditto. I'm surprised he didn't get picked in the 6th or 7th. He looks Like a player based on size/shape.
Stinger226
I'm not quite sure why my quotes aren't working but that was about Carden directed at Stinger. Your right, I havent been doing my homework, but am trying to read everything written about all of our new players and am finding more things to like about some of them. Langford, has some scouts saying good things about him, they originally having a lower opinion about him before. Amos is a very interesting prospect and Rob Rang has him listed as his 2nd rated FS. Jacoby Glenn has really good upside. Had 11 PBU and 7 interceptions in 2014. Needs to add strength but could be a diamond in the ruff. Kevin White may have the greatest upside of any player drafted, speed, toughness, desire and work habits are huge. Grasu may be my favorite pick. He was drafted one round sooner than he should have been, but has Kreutz written all over him. Born leader and having Long as his best friend, they both have that go to war mentality. Timu is a slow afoot tackle machine, who I see making the practice squad his first year. Just a bonehead football player in the mode of Bolander. Goldman has everybody saying good things about him and in the second round making him one of the best valved picks.
