What is going on here?

Now I wont say we are a bad team but I want to point out this. We can NOT win games kicking field goal!!!!!! Once again we had too many opportunities in the red zone just to come away with just three points. Despite the other teams score....if we cashed in on our chances in the red zone I feel this 0-2 start we are now in would be 2-0. Now the other problem I see is that our DB are not being coached to win. We have gotten way to many pass interference calls to succeed. Ball and Fuller need to be taught how to turn and look for the ball. Against the Packers they could have had two ints and the same against the Cards. Against the Cards...Fitz just used Fuller like toilet paper. I understand Fitzgerald is a great WR but you cant line up wrong on him like we did all day. And Mitchell (God Bless) if you know the ball is on the 10 yards line.....why do you line 8 yards off Fitz....you press him at the line and make him earn a TD...not allow him to catch the ball then stiff arm your ass to the dirt! Our secondary is the biggest problem followed by the lack of aggressive play calling in the red zone.

Im shocked about Fuller. Everyone has heard of sophomore slumps but this is weird. I thought the Bears brought in a really good DB coach??? Ed Donatello or something like that. I figured he would be help Fuller.

As far as the Secondary its like they all have no idea how to defend a pass, they are getting lost when the ball is in the air.

Pass rush has been lacking, but at some point the DB's need to make some plays as well. The Bears made Fitz look like Dez Bryant this weekend.

The first week brought HOPE while not getting blown out by GB and looking good for a portion of the game. This week took that HOPE and threw it in the garbage.

I liked the fact that the team didn't fall apart after the kick off TD. They didn't panic and got their shit together.

Cutler looked good, made a nice read on the long TD, Bellemay can open and he read it and hit it. He ran the ball well. Who knows who's fault the INT was. Other said there were two other guys that were open. After Cutler went out everything went to shit.

Cutler is a big part of the Bears this year, they will need him to win. If he is out the offense is considerably weaker. I get that guys are done with him, the fact for now is the Bears are not done with him.

Yeah, I was plenty guilty in believing Donatell and Fox (who was a DBs coach before head coach) would get the CB group to play well. We have a lot of CBs on the roster so I guess I'll give it more time for them to sort through these guys and continue to coach them up.....Right now though I would look CB and pass rusher in the first 2 rounds.

McPhee has gotten some licks in, and I hope they continue to happen, and he starts turning his QB hits/pressures into sacks. Jared Allen made a good play on that INT but I think its time we see more Houston to see how he performs. A speed rusher opposite McPhee or someone like a Joey Bosa or that kid out of Ole Miss would be nice.

Joey Bosa and the kid from ole miss are going to be great DE's. The ole miss kid can play the same position as JJ Watt. The only way we draft either of these kids is if we are drafting number 1 or 2.

If the Bears play like week 1 we may win some games. If they continue to play like week 2, I don't see us winning any games. Granted the Bears first 3 games are against top 5 teams per the power ranking.

I hope the Bears coaching staff figures something out. Ill say this=

White out = top ten draft pick possible game changer out really hurts

Alshon out = hurts big time

Cutler = hurt really puts us back on offense

Ratliff being out for 3 weeks hurts as well. I bet we see Sea run all over us with Lynch

The Bears have not been luckily with injuries on offense.

I have watched a bunch of games with him playing. Have you watched this Jared Goff kid?

I've liked Goff ever since he went off for 400+ yards in his very first game against my Wildcats. I think he's the only QB worthy of a top 10 pick.. Cook is good but I don't he's a game changer.

Still think Jay stays another year though.

Let's see how many games the Cowboys win without Romo and Dez. They very well could be 3-7 before they both are back.

The Bears have not had their top 2 WR's and starting DT in Ratliff; Mundy was also a starter put on IR. With Jay out, that is 5 starters missing out of the top 22 next week. That is a lot to overcome when you need everyone to overachieve to have a chance.

Penalties have killed us and special teams coverage has been weak. If we don't have that ridiculous amount of penalties and stop that KO return, the game might be a loss, but it would not have been a blowout.

I can't imagine what the Marshal show would have brought had he been here and the team sucks again.

I was against the trade at first, after hearing what we thought happened last year get confirmed it was better he was traded.

Addition by subtraction

Where is the addition? I just see subtraction by subtraction. The team is by far worse at WR this year, and even with a rookie, which none have stepped up like last year, it shouldn't be addition. Marshall is good as he always was.

Anybody catch the Antrell Rolle show on 670? He essentially called Kyle Fuller out on his work ethic, that he needs to study more film and be a professional. Really concerning stuff for a first round pick. Sounds like he just doesn't really care all that much. Either that, or he's just one of those guys that feels too sorry for himself that he's not playing well.
