Yeah, I remember seeing him on the sideline with the defense huddled around him with him talking during either the Pack game or Cards game. I also remember reading some story about how he showed up to the coaches office each week talking about how they can improve. Like you said a guy like that is good to have out on the field. I'm meh on Bailey, but I've also never heard of the Bears 4th safety so I wouldn't hate to see this move made and him being the backup.
