Bears4Ever_34
What didn't you like? I LOVE that popup kickoff since we know the coverage team can't, ya know, cover. Because we are gift wrapping them field position. What's so hard about kicking it out of the freakin endzone like every other kicker does? Bears4Ever_34
That punt could have been avoided had they not started at the 35..

Bears4Ever_34
Smith has a day and a half to throw. Guys are sticking to blocks.. Not good.
adam
Refs are garbage, they are calling nothing on the Chiefs. Â They had an illegal motion no-call on the Charles run, and when does defensive holding get tacked onto a run play? I thought it was either or? Bears4Ever_34
So far all KC's points have been aided by awful special teams. Amazing how crippling one unit can be to a team.
adam
Smith has a day and a half to throw. Guys are sticking to blocks.. Not good. It's called holding, refs not calling a damn thing on the Chiefs, who are holding on every play. The commentators talked about Bennett's hold, yet every player at the point of attack for KC is holding.
jason
That punt could have been avoided had they not started at the 35.. Â What? Seriously? C'mon man. That's reaching. Kicking it out of the EZ is not a given. I'd rather have a great FG kicker than a great deep kicker. Gould is money.

Bears4Ever_34
Run game isn't working anymore, to no one's surprise. Chiefs don't respect our receivers. Â This one is over unless we can get some turnovers.

Ok, I didn't know it could be added on when it is not a pass.  Yeah, about time we got a call. That one couldn't have been more obvious. jason
If the Bears can't get Jeffrey and/or Royal back on the field, it's about time to start talking about the draft, because we know the defense is not going to carry the team. The defense is improving, but they have several steps to go. The pressure is almost non-existent, and sacks like McPhee's are almost always coverage sacks. Bears4Ever_34
Fangio needs to start drawing up some exotic stuff. Smith has enough time to do his taxes back there. McPhee's sack was the first time anybody got anywhere close to the quarterback.

Bears4Ever_34
As bad as the Bears are, there not even close to as bad as Jacksonville. That is quite the shit show over there. Down 20-7 already to the lowly Bucs.
jason
Great, Goldman gets chop blocked at the ankle. Â Wasn't a chop block. A chop block is when they high-low an opponent. Unfortunately he just got cut, and low blocks by offensive linemen are legal in just about every way. It's why I loved the old school Denver Bronco running game when they were pumping out nobodies for 1000+ yards every year. Guys like Olandis Gary. Lots and lots of low blocks at the knees of big ol' 300lb defensive linemen. It wears them down tremendously.

jason
What's with the stupid picket fence on the GL defense again? Now THAT is stupid.
adam
Defense is still not playing bad, 10 pts given up is decent in a half. I just hate that picket fence defense there, why not just play 10-15 yards off the LOS instead of 30?
Bears4Ever_34
What's with the stupid picket fence on the GL defense again? Now THAT is stupid. They had no timeouts left this time. Not as dumb as before.
Bears4Ever_34
Shea is the least imposing LB'er you'll ever see. He's not big enough. As you see there, little Jamal Charles just trucked him and his shoulder almost came off.

Bears4Ever_34
About half the players in action for the Bears right now were playing in the 4th pre-season game. This is like the 3rd year in a row the team has been decimated by injuries.
