dawhizz
Eagles get #2 and a 2017 4th. Browns get Eagles' 1st, 3rd, 4th, 2017 1st and 2018 2nd. I don't get all this movement so far in advance. I didn't get why the Rams would trade up to #1 and not announce who they were taking right away because they have to know if they are trading up there. I don't get the Eagles giving up so much to move up unless they know for sure which QB (I assume) they are going to be left with after the Rams draft. And I really don't get why this year seemed to start out as a relatively down year for QBs and now everyone is trading whole drafts to get Carson Wentz and Jared Goff. Maybe the Eagles are targeting someone else (Ramsey?), but everyone seems to be thinking it'll go QB/QB. Not sure how this impacts Bears, though it would be great if the Browns took Lynch at #8 and pushed another player down.

BearFan PHX
Browns and 49ers could each be strong possibilities for a 3rd QB taken before we pick.
'TD'
I think the Browns would have sat where they were if they were going to take a QB. I couldn't see them being so in love with him, that they would trade down. I expect that the QB they wanted will be picked by Rams, and they responded by trading down. Pixote
I read on NFL.com that some analysts believe that this may catapult Paxton Lynch into the top 10 of the draft whereas before the CLE/PHI trade he was expected to be at the end of the 1st or high in the 2nd round. A lot of interesting things going on. I also read where San Diego was shopping the #3 pick. Crazy stuff.

That also probably moves up the mid level QBs too, with an early run. Cook,Jones could move into the second. I think most every team views Goff and Wentz as potential starters with a good upside, si any needing a QB bad has to move to the top to make sure they get one, before someone else makes that move. Yep. It doesn't hurt that ESPN is running promos with Jon Gruden saying, "I'll be shocked if Hackenberg doesn't go in round 1." With all the value teams are placing on the QB, I wouldn't be shocked to see 6 teams drafting a QB in round 1. On a side note, last year supposedly we wanted to trade Cutler but had no takers. How valuable is he now? The price of QB's is sky-rocketing.
