The current picks is valued at 175 and the last in the 3rd is 128, so it's possible it could take all 3 4ths or more to trade up before the 3rd is over. That might be a bit of an exaggeration. If either Whitehair or Ballard was picked in the first round, it was late. But I get what you're saying.
