scs787
I remember one "Analyst" had Howard going in the 1st round. I talked about Howard a few rounds ago.
bradjock
I remember one "Analyst" had Howard going in the 1st round. I talked about Howard a few rounds ago. Â Yep. He draws comparisons to Leveon Bell, a bruising power back. Although not much of a pass catcher. Nawrocki has him as the #6 RB and the 75th best player over all. ASHKUM BEAR
Howard! Nice value. Great pick! Langford, Carey, and Howard is a strong committee. Throw in Jaquizz too

This is a good pick at this point of the draft, he has potential to be and every down back, even thou we do RBC.
scs787
Google "Ike Taylor Mock draft" he had Howard going 8th overall lol
bradjock
This is a good pick at this point of the draft, he has potential to be and every down back, even thou we do RBC. Â At this point, I say we trade our 6 and 7 to move up and draft TE Jerell Adams. Then we can call it a day.

He was rated the 4th best RB by PFF. 56th overall  He has been most compared to Arian Foster.

I would be with you with that. Although, I want him and Hogan yet and then were done.

bradjock
I just seen where he was the 3rd rated RB on NFL.com  That is awesome! I'm guessing his lack of receiving skills caused him to drop. But he's okay in pass protection and he can run the damn ball.
scs787
SOURCES TELL US "He's the best pure running back in this draft. I've coached some good ones and he's what you look for. His injuries will knock him back a round or so, and he's not as well-rounded as Ezekiel Elliott is, but I think this kid is the best runner in this year's draft." -- AFC running backs coach
adam
Vitale, Watt, or Gronkowski at FB? Adams at TE?
Mongo3451
Howard is a stud and a steal this late.
jason
I didn't even want a RB, and I'm cool with this pick. Great value, way later than he should have gone, and he's a good complement of power to the guys currently on staff.
dawhizz
Haven't watched much of Howard, but he sounds like the "thunder" to Langford's "lightning."
Bears4Ever_34
Possibly an earth (Howard), wind (Langford), and fire (Carey) RB trio next year? Sounds good to me. Â I remember the year the Giants went with a trio like that when they had Jacobs, Bradshaw, and Derrick Ward.
jason
If Bush is thought of as a FS, I wouldn't mind seeing one of the next picks used on a SS. Cash and Kearse are both still available. Either would be very nice.

scs787
Hoped Toner would make it, he was my undervalued OT prospect. Â Hoping for Adams. No clue why he is lasting this long.
50england50
I think Kearse has intriguing size and has good family pedigree. Could match well with these big tight ends but looking at his highlights in 2015 could do with finishing off plays quicker which would increase ratio of tackles becoming tackles for a loss and also could produce fumbles. jason
Jerrell Adams one pick before the Bears. That hurts if they were targeting TE.
