Hmmm... https://www.cbssports.com/fantasy/football/...pected-to-play/ Hope it is not serious. We may get see more Cohen this week, Logains better get a little more creative so Cohen doesn't break down.

Was watching highlights from last week snd noticed after Howard's TD run he dove into the end zone and landed on his right shoulder. He came up favoring that shoulder afterward. Wonder if it was a factor in that crucial drop later on? Gonna guess it was a shoulder seperartion. Probably why he can play this week. Stinger226
If that is the case, that was more of a reason to have Cohen playing on that last drive. they were saying, he didnt practice in the red zone offense and that is why they didnt have him there at the end. Cunningham had that role before he got hurt. So I get that he didnt play, throwing him in there when he didnt practice with that phase of the offense probably could have been hairy. AZ54
they were saying, he didnt practice in the red zone offense and that is why they didnt have him there at the end. Cunningham had that role before he got hurt. So I get that he didnt play, throwing him in there when he didnt practice with that phase of the offense probably could have been hairy. I'm good with it. Coaches game planned for the roles that best fit each RB at this point in the season. Cohen is a rookie so the assumption that he knows everything he should about the offense is a bit ridiculous IMO. Jordan Howard had things to learn last year early in the season. In the end this means Tampa has no idea how we will use Cohen in the red zone. That could help us a lot. Cohen for his part needs to learn to avoid the big hits when it's not necessary. After an 18 yard gain there's no need to fight for another yard or two, just step out of bounds. Atlanta's players were manhandling him hard into the ground and he's not in a good position when CBs can just lift him up off the ground and slam him to the turf like that. Running over a CB to get a TD is ok.
Pixote
He is still raw when it comes to pass protect skills. Glennon was getting pressured and hit far too often during the entire game so I am sure that fact came into play with the coaches decisions on personnel also.
