lemonej
With all the negativity surrounding his play Glennon accepted his demotion with more class and dignity than anyone has in the past other than Kurt Warner when the Giants put Eli Manning in for him. Glennon vowed to help Trubisky any way he can and be ready if called upon again. That's putting team before personal goals magnified. lemonej
The 18mil he stole buys class by the boatload. So with 18 mil in his pocket he could have said F U because its guaranteed and he didn't! He also talked about going through this before, that's not bought that is who he is! Personally I love the guy. Just wish he had more skills

AZ54
Trubisky showed class as well. I don't want to take away from Glennon's mature approach to his demotion because he deserves credit for handling this well. Read all the articles that are showing up with quotes from Bears' players. You can't help but feel that there's a new leader taking over this team, not just a new starting QB. In the end Glennon's role will have been to help Mitch learn how to be that leader even in tough times. I don't think he was brought here to be more than that. Well that and maybe be a ruse on what position we were drafting in Rd 1. Pace couldn't have pulled off the ruse with Cutler, Hoyer, or even Josh McCown. We all respect class when we see it
