We have had a lead in the 2nd half of every game

It's hard not to be disappointed after a 2nd straight loss which drops us to last place in the Division.

As bad as we have been, we could easily be 6-0.

23-17 Lead with 2:39 left in 4th Quarter, lose to GB 24-23.

28-21 Lead with 3:17 left in 4th Quarter, lose to Miami 31-28 in OT.

24-21 Lead with 12:04 left in 3rd Quarter, lose to NE 38-31 with ball on 1-yard line as time expires.

The blocked punt and the 90+ yard drive the Bears allowed, after New England tied it, were just pathetic.  The special teams was bad, but the D had a chance to get the ball back (with field position to play) and they gave up another huge play with bad angles / tackling, etc. Plus they showed zero pass rush near the end zone.  The fact that this D has rarely made plays to seal games out concerns me.

I’m not sure what is going on with the D but special teams and the offensive turnovers in both the last two games have been key to the losses.  You can’t hand the ball to QBs like Tom Brady and expect him not to score.

Agreed.  Semes like our D is gassed.  I don't think Fangio's rotation is remotely good.  Hicks is in on too many plays.  So is a gimpy Mack.  Mack should sit until it's 3rd down and they need a pass rush at maximum.  The S/T's have been atrocious since Toub left.  Cunningham looks like Keith Traylor running.  Can we get a better return man?  Dang.  The punt block sucked.  But it rarely happens.

Not to point fingers but I think this has to do more with depth, or the lack thereof. Sure we may have an abundance of front seven players but how many are really able to play at the level we need them to?

If they’re suited up why aren’t players like Fitts and Irving making it onto the field?  And if they are, why aren’t they producing like Nichols?

Sure, depth helps...but it's not like our D doesn't have some depth.  We have Nichols, RRH, Kwit, Irving, Lynch...  To spell Mack and Hicks for a number of downs, those aren't bad options.  No back-up will really play up to the level of the starter.  But, you've got to rest these guys.

Agreed on Fitts and Irving...they should be out there.  If just for a few plays just to feel them out.

It is amazing this team can play so poorly yet still put up 31pts against the Patriots and lose by just 7, with a chance to tie at the end.  It's like watching a bunch of talented sophomores playing against a good squad composed of all seniors.

Bad special teams. We are easily a top 15 Offense (13th in DVOA), and even after two bad games, still the #1 Defense for DVOA. The problem is our ST is #25.
