Stinger226
The prize is Houston , I think we're waiting for him to accept an offer and his other options. There are a few other edges out there. Shane Ray and Derrick Morgan had some good years but injuries have produced very little the last few years. Then lynch could be back. I think the Houston signing could be problematic on the growth of Floyd who could have his much waited for breakout year. So I think it comes down to money for Houston. Is the original tweet suggesting that Houston could be the next signing or any of the 15 on the attached list? As much as I’d like to see Houston in Chicago (sends chills down my spine) it looks like Pittsburgh, Baltimore and possibly Indy would love him too. Question is; does Justin want money or a near guarantee that he’ll have been in a Super Bowl by this time next year?
Stinger226
They rated the best free agents left to sign. Another thing is he will be considered the 3rd edge on the team . I think he thinks he will be the best edge on the team where ever he goes. Ego probably comes in to play and it's always about money. Alaskan Grizzly
Apparently he’s narrowed his search to “three teams”. None mentioned by name but speculation is among four teams, one of which are the Bears. https://nflmocks.com/2019/03/18/justin-houston-finally-narrowing-choices-new-teams/
BearFan2000
It'd be awesome if he chose to come to the Bears!
Alaskan Grizzly
Looks like he’s agreed to go to the Colts. Must’ve been about the money... Oh well having Mack on the team is a definite consolation prize! Stinger226
2 years 24 mil and a starter. We were never in the mix.

I figured he'd be a good $7-9mil/yr player depending on how serious the injury history is.
