AZ54
It doesn't matter if it's Trubisky or Foles at QB, these type of mistakes by the WRs have to be eliminated. https://twitter.com/BearWeatherFans/status/1261422572094119936

I think he's in line to explode this year, should they play.
Mongo3451
The video ended before the snap. Not sure what I'm looking at. Upon review and sound, I see.

The videos underneath show the continuation. Basically Miller was not on page, ran the wrong route and ruined a play.

If you watch the break ARob gets on his DB he's got really good separation there and that's exactly where Trubisky was going with the ball. Could have been a nice gain right there. Stinger226
If Miller has his head on straight he could be an excellent weapon, the injury is a minor thing. I hope he figures it out. We have the makings of a competent passing offense, if Foles is up to the task .

Hope they can learn their jobs before we have to go through another rebuild.
AZ54
There were a lot of errant throws in Miller's direction early in the season. At some point Trubisky quit looking towards him, and without Gabriel and practice squad TEs not knowing where to go, he just went right at ARob time after time. Can't say I blame him either except the thing about sports is that, like a point guard you have to keep coming back to guys. You have to keep them engaged and keep working together to get that long term improvement. By the way Wims was on the outside and he didn't know what the check was either because you see him come over to Miller and ask about it. Wims is a good guy but his NFL career is following along the path his collegiate career did. There is talent there but something is missing...either study habits, work ethic, whatever you want to call it, or he'd have shown more last year. I don't have confidence in Miller to grow up and suddenly focus on knowing his job but maybe it will happen: https://sports.yahoo.com/heres-bears-wr-anthony-miller-160320019.html

If Miller does the out route, the DB closes directly at him. Miller's DB is 9 yards off the ball too. To me it looks like a rub route and ARob didn't continue his path to the outside. If he does, the defenders would get tangled up. I watched this 20 times, Trubisky is not looking for an out. He is clearly looking right where the two WRs are at. This was a pick/rub play on the inside and it seems they both gave up on their routes. Someone definitely messed up, but it's no guarantee it was Miller. AZ54
There is one assumption here and that is that ARob knows what he should be doing. He doesn't run a rub route for sure because he cuts inside and sits down beyond the 1st down marker. It's possible ARob is wrong. If Lucas doesn't completely miss his block and fall on his face in the process then when Trubisky gets out of the pocket he's got ARob open for a nice gain too. Yeah, I just didn't see the play as an outright indictment on Miller's play. Could he have ran the wrong route? Sure. Could it be a bad play call or bad audible? Sure. I just thought it was funny for the guy on Twitter to go to all that trouble to prove something that you can't prove without inside information because if he knows what the audible calls are, then you would think the defenders did too.
