Alaskan Grizzly
Meanwhile, recent one-on-ones with Miami got a bit testy. TE Adam Shaheen (yes THAT guy) made a stink about getting beat by Kahlil Mack and well…Khalil responded.

Alaskan Grizzly
Aaron Lemming reports that both Peters and Larry Borom will be at practice today. And this…
DABEARSDABOMB
Really glad BOrom is back. I hope they found something in him.

Alaskan Grizzly
Some news on Fields. Appears he was out yesterday nursing a minor ‘groin injury’. He’s returned today. But during a recent practice where he struggled, he refused to leave until he had run through the plays a bit more. Gotta love his dedication to hard work. https://www.sportsmockery.com/chicago-bears/justin-fields-refused-to-leave-the-field-after-rough-practice/

As always, this line of rationale is to be taken with a grain of salt as long as the Bears front office continues to be far more hits than misses, and the team continues be mediocre at best. When the team perpetually wins, and perpetually threatens in the playoffs, then we can say, "Hey, nobody with a random opinion could do better than those superstar Bears GMs." Until then, however, it's impossible to say for sure. Hell, picking just exclusively SEC guys would probably be a better strategy than what we've seen over the past decade. I'm excited about Fields like everyone else, but if they had stayed at 20 and kept the extra picks, who knows what could have been? Since Pace loves trading away picks, however, it's difficult to know what could have been over the years. Picking randomly would have probably produced better teams overall. Alaskan Grizzly
Bears sign yet another speedy WR. Some speculate this spells the end of Wims’ Bears tenure. Doesn't really help the oline.

Stinger226
With young players, they need to get better every year. Him and Ridley have not. I think Ridleys gone to.
