Since we would be the best of the 7-9 teams and be picking at 7-9, we would then move up about what, 7 spots in the 2nd round? What? How would the Bears jump 7 spots in the 2nd round? This isn't fantasy football. All they move up is one position per round. However, if Kansas City wins the coin flip, then there will be another coin flip between Oakland and Atlanta since they are in different conferences. *-playoff team whose pick is still not completely determined because the playoffs still can determine where they pick.
