Yeah I we have a window of time, you are the first to post about a conflict. I will make the change to September 1st unless there are other people with conflicts on that date. It is always tough because it seems like there is a conflict on every day, but since there are 2x GMs with issues on the 3rd, I will move it to the 1st, which means we will need Keepers set by the 30th.

Thanks, when I got Chad to commit to joining, I told him that we werent drafting on the day of his live draft . He wouldnt have joined. I once tried to do a live draft and online draft at the same time and it was difficult.

No worries, it is moved to the 1st. I am good with the 1st, with you 3 and I know Brad said he was good, so that is 5.

Keepers need to be locked in by tomorrow, at the latest (I have to lock them in the day before the draft). So if your guys have any keepers, please let me know in here or have them lock them in, in the app.

Active GMs, let me know how you want me to handle non-paying GMs. The new deadline is Oct 31st, at that point what do you want me to do with GMs that have not paid the dues?

Here are the options on how we can handle this:

1. Do nothing, the GM can play but is not eligible for winnings. Adjust the winnings with the new league total (down from $750 > $675).

2. Remove the GM, and start the best lineup for the remainder of the year.  Adjust the winnings with the new league total (down from $750 > $675).

3. Remove team altogether, any remaining games against that team is a bye week.  Adjust the winnings with the new league total (down from $750 > $675).

Yeah, we have been doing this league for over a decade here, I took over as GM a few years ago, but never had anyone not pay by the deadline, then extended the deadline, no response, still actively playing. 

I just don't want them to play it out thinking they can pay "if they place" yet assuming they wouldn't pay if they didn't win, screwing everyone else over. It is just an honor system thing, no way to force anyone to pay.

First time this happened with me as GM. Like I said above, I can kick them and then auto fill their roster, let them play it out, but they are not eligible for the winnings (even if they pay - it would be refunded), or remove the team altogether and adjust everything accordingly.

Expose the person, trying to play nice doesnt accomplish anything. Exposing them probaby is ends up meaning nothing but at least if someone else knows . they will know not to get them in a different league. I recomended 2 people for this league only because I knew they aren't jack off. Now if this was 500 to get in the league I would understand someone just going over their skis getting in but its chump change with the entry fee in this league.

Yeah, I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because I didn't know if they were going thru some financial hardship or something that would prevent them from paying at the time, then it went a month beyond the deadline, then two. The odd thing is I have emailed, messaged, sent notifications, and posted on here without a response, but they have changed their lineups every week. So either they are completely oblivious to any of those notifications (unlikely), or are just ignoring them.

Either way, tomorrow is the deadline. Like what was noted in the leaguesafe chat, I will just remove the GM and set their lineup for the rest of the year, and adjust the winnings accordingly. With a 10% reduction the new winnings would be:

1. $395
2. $180
3. $75
4. $25

I had to make a few minor tweaks to ensure the 3rd place team still got their money back.

I had to boot the last GM that did not make the league due payment. I am now in control of that roster for the remainder of the season. The updated winnings are as follows:

1. $395
2. $180
3. $75
4. $25
