Draft prospects

We have to see how FA plays out but I would like find a good 3rd WR in the draft.   Jaylen Noel would fit in well as a nice compliment with DJ and Rome.   He has a little bit of DJ Moore's style to his game and can work all levels of the field with speed and good ball tracking skills.  Since I watched quite a few games during the season, he has occasional drops usually because he's trying run before completing the catch.  He's likely a 3rd Rd pick.

I look at prospects and never noticed him. I like when members introduce you to new names.

I've been watching a lot of tape on Derrick Harmon/ DT , I would love drafting him but he seems to be moving up draft boards.https://youtu.be/ivkCa_dXJlM?si=3vL7icKhJfxeIaIN

I just took him in a draft buzz mock.  I read more into his profile and I like it.

Start looking at safeties.  With our cap space rapidly moving into the trenches we aren’t likely to keep a big contract at safety next year.  Plus I doubt the team will feel confident giving Brisker a big second contract with his concussion history.  LB is the other 2026 cost cutting we’ll see but age and health issues are less of a concern right now than safety.

Safety has always been on my radar and the draft seems relatively deep there.

As much as I would love to see Brisker be a core leader on this team, he and the team has to consider his health.  The sad part is that he knows he needs to survive a year to get paid to secure everything he has already gone thru.  Possibly why he sat out the last part of the season.

I think round 3 could be a sweet spot to start. Few names below.  Round2 maybe a Xavier Watts from ND gets the nod.

Kevin Winston Jr Penn St 6-1 215

Lathom Ransom Ohio St 6-0 206

Billy Bowman OK 5-9  192

Malachi Moore Alabama 5-11 196

Jaquan Brisker measured at 6-1 200.

I think they address S but not with our top picks. Because we added in the trenches in FA doesn't mean it's fixed. We need a couple prospects to develop as our older players drop off.

We have Kiran A, Bill Murray, Chris Glaser, Jordan McFadden, Joshua Miles and Ryan Bates on the roster. Any of those future starters? I think Kiran and Murray are the only ones I trust to maybe be future starters. We need a Zabel or Mbow, plus what ever LT that they like to develop.

Kiran is the LT they are hoping to develop.

right. he never had a chance to learn anything before they threw him to the fire last year. He went from injured/not practicing to his first NFL games.

That said, I wouldnt be shocked if we took a LT in the first couple of rounds, maybe even a guy like Kelvin Banks Jr at #10
