Clenched_CLAW
Choose a Mock Draft (or more than 1) from your favorite site or one someone has already posted or you can find some good ones here: hailRedskins Mock Draft Database Please include link and decision to Hold the current selection OR Draw from the list of players still available after da Bears selection at #14, #46, #78, #91, etc. For Example: The Landry Hat 14. Chicago Bears -Ryan Clady, OT, Boise State Hold NFL Draft Guys 14. Chicago Bears – S Kenny Phillips, Miami Fl. 46. Chicago Bears – OLB Ali Highsmith, LSU 78. Chicago Bears – RB Ray Rice, Rutgers 91. Chicago Bears (from SD) – QB Joe Flacco, Delaware I really like this one also because I’m also imagining 2 stud FA O-Line players. Hold all 4 This one is interesting because when Pix first posted it I would have said ‘Hold’ to both the Clady and Henne picks, but, it has since changed and therefore, so has my decision. The Football Expert 14. Chicago Bears – Sam Baker, OT, USC Draw Jeff Otah, OT, Pittsburgh or Chris Williams, OT, Vanderbilt 44. Chicago Bears – Chad Henne, QB, Michigan Hold Questions? Comments? Enjoy!
madlithuanian
I may be missing something...but I think if you narrowed it down to 1 mock, that would make it more streamlined. Seems like choosing your own opens up the field too much. Othewise this just become an excerzise in posting mocks... No? Clenched_CLAW
Good Question: I may be missing something...but I think if you narrowed it down to 1 mock, that would make it more streamlined. Seems like choosing your own opens up the field too much. Othewise this just become an excerzise in posting mocks... No? My thinking was that people could choose Mocks that they found to most accurate (from past results etc.) or one they liked etc. and posters could gravitate to ones they agreed upon and give different options etc. I was trying for a democratic approach, but, if I had to choose 1, I like the way those draft guys think. On another topic, did you have a chance to read my input about Josh Johnson, MadLith?
madlithuanian
I say force fit draft guys! I'll run with that in my next post... For this topic, I think a dictatorship would work best! I didn't see the Josh Johnson comment! Thanks for pointing it out! I take it, you'd be OK with him if we took him.... Sounds like I would too... madlithuanian
DRAFT GUYS MOCK: (Sticking with just one to keep the conversation tight!) 14. Chicago Bears – S Kenny Phillips, Miami Fl. DRAW - I'd go local and take RB Mendenhall from Illinois to compete with Benson. I think we need a vet safety and like what I've seen from Payne and MacGowan. 46. Chicago Bears – OLB Ali Highsmith, LSU HOLD - I like it. We need a Briggs replacement. 78. Chicago Bears – RB Ray Rice, Rutgers DRAW - Since I took RB at 1, now I see a S I like... S Tom Zbikowski, Notre Dame 91. Chicago Bears (from SD) – QB Joe Flacco, Delaware HOLD - I like it a lot for the round! I wouldn't mind an OT instead of S at 78 ...but I don't see a value there. We look to FA this season...
