Ed Hochuli 3:16
If we can take Mendenhall and still get Otah, I'd be all for that.

BearSox
If we can get Mendenhall and Otah, I'll be very happy. who wouldn't? I have been against drafting a RB early, but Mendenhall just keeps getting more and more tempting.

That he is. In a perfect world, this mock is right and Otah will be there in round 2. However, if Baker and Otah slip into the 2nd as this mock projects, Otah may as well go to Miami, St. Louis, or Carolina, and the same goes for Baker. DaBearSox
How much $$$$ do you think JA wants to have sitting in the backfield? I don't see him taking an RB that high...
madlithuanian
I don't think we have that much wrapped up in Benson at the moment. I think his deal was more front loaded. Can anyone confirm? How much $$$$ do you think JA wants to have sitting in the backfield? I don't see him taking an RB that high...
GakMan23
How much $$$$ do you think JA wants to have sitting in the backfield? I don't see him taking an RB that high... Cedric Benson - Rookie contract in 2005 was 5 years, $35 M, $17.7 M guaranteed I believe it was front loaded with 17 million over the first 3 years

What do you think?? By the way - my first post -- long time reader (even at the old site). Mock Looks good on paper, but the draft is wild and anything goes once it starts. There'd be way too much money at RB, and we know what JA says about money at one position. Glad to see you decided to post, GCA! It's great to get more of us fans involved, or just venting! AZ54
Read somewhere this week that Ced had been paid 13.8 million so far.
