kyyle23
Do you think Jason Taylor would take a backseat to Brown and Ogunleye in the rotation if he had a chance to start elsewhere? I doubt it. It would be one hell of a 4 man DE rotation, but I dont see any realistic way that its gonna happen
DrunkBomber
I would love to get him and I think he is a game changer and has a lot left in the tank, however, I think it would be irresponsible to bring in a defensive end unless we dont plan on retaining Ogun or are planning on trading Anderson. Im sure Taylor will be visiting the Pats early this week anyway.
Bears4Ever_34
Nah, I'd rather have Brown, Ogun, and Anderson..
chitownman
He would be an interesting addition to this team however, if we did sign Taylor where would he play and who would we loose. It is a fun idea however, not realistic.
jackie hayes
Cut? How could they not get picks for a guy who notched 10+ sacks last season and was the DPOY the year before?
jackie hayes
Hold the phone. Parcells says JT's going nowhere -- http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3273442
kyyle23
I thought that this move was contrary to something Parcells would do. Parcells is known for cutting the fat off teams that he steps into, not getting rid of productive players
jackie hayes
Yeah, but Taylor might want to force a trade. He may not be around for the improved version of the Dolphins we'll see in a couple years, so he may want to get to a contender now while he can contribute. I still wouldn't be surprised to see a trade happen.
