Ed Hochuli 3:16
McFadden = long gone by 14... Felix Jones = overrated. Felix Jones = possible slip into the 2nd and if he's there for us, he better be a Bear.
DaBearSox
``I don't feel like I need to prove anything,'' Benson said Dec. 31. Are you Fing kidding me Ced....you have everything to prove

DaBearSox
He just irks me to say the least... Seriously, every Athlete should know that if you play any sport in Chicago you are going to have to go above and beyond people's expectations...It is a blue collar work ethic city..... My opinion up to this point is that Ced has no work ethic at all....mopes around on the field, I don't ever read anything about him being the first in last out in the weight room, whines too much, etc... All I have to say is after this I hope the Bears never draft another RB from Texas (Ricky Williams being the other bust). As far as a back the Bears should look at drafting; forget about Jones (Ark) but instead check out this Mendenhall character. He is from Illinois and should hold up in the weather and seems more tough. That and Turner might have more insight on him. Looks like a future Bear RB escaping two future Packers....BEAUTIFUL!!! I can't remember hating a Bear-player as much as I hate Benson. That being said, there's no way in hell we go RB at #14. If we haven't done anything to address the o-line, it'd be kind of like living in a shack & buying a plasma TV. Or driving a Ford Escort & buying a kick-ass stereo for it. It just wouldn't make sense. On a side note, I've never seen Forte play, and I don't know if I ever even heard of him before a couple of weeks ago. Now I'm hoping like hell we draft him in round 2. It's weird how the draft hype changes your perspective.
Mongo3451
I can't remember hating a Bear-player as much as I hate Benson. There will never be a worse Bear than RW McQuarters. I'll never forget the Packer game when that punk ass bitch was calling for the ball instead of blocking on an INT that surely would have been a TD. Hell, all he had to do was get in between and not even throw a block. We ended up losing that game, probably because of that one play. That being said, there's no way in hell we go RB at #14. It just wouldn't make sense. I'm with you Bradjock, but let me tell you this: Those cars and houses exist! Those people exist! I pray to the football gods that JA gets this draft right. I'll end by saying, I absolutely love Mendenhall and would not be upset if we drafted him. But, I really hope an OL guy we covet is availible at 14. On a side note, I've never seen Forte play, and I don't know if I ever even heard of him before a couple of weeks ago. Now I'm hoping like hell we draft him in round 2. It's weird how the draft hype changes your perspective. I would love to trade down in the 2nd and pick up Forte in the late 2nd plus another 3rd rounder. Then, I could see Henne at #70, Chilo Rachal at #90 and Jerome Simpson. Five picks in the 1st three rounds would be... Williams OT Forte RB Henne QB Rachal OG Simpson WR, Also wouldn't mind Quentin Demps at Safety. Some say he's a Mike Brown clone.

So it's not just buying the plasma TV while living in a shack. It's buying a plasma TV while your only TV reception is provided via antenna from a transmitter like 100 miles away. BearFan2000
Great work guys!! That's one of the funniest comments I've read on this board in some time. Not only funny but relevant too. I've also had it with Benson. And can't remember a player I've disliked more as a Bear than Benson in a long time. Some of the guys in my dislike list include David Terrell, Cade McClown, Rick Mirer (however it's spelled), Brian "personal foul" Cox, Curtis Enis, Rashan Salami, Kordella... Of those the ones in Benson's class are Cade, Terrell, and Cox. The others on the list just sucked. These guys are in a class by themselves they not only sucked but did it with a bad attitude. I personally am done with Benson. We had a co-worker with an attitude and poor work ethic like Benson and that person was fired this month. Our team is now stronger even though we're one less person. The baggage, strain, and drag that person had on our team is more apparent now than it ever was. I for one want to see Benson gone. I've had it with him.
