I am pretty sure that's Joey LaRocque, considering that the first two letters of his name on his helmet are JO, and the only other person who's name begins with JO who we brought in, is actually a big black man. When I first saw the picture, I didn't see the J. However, later on I knew it was LaRocque but didn't have time to come back on here and edit my post.
