Nobody expected him to be there especially so soon. Makes you wonder if maybe he and bears management is starting to make progress... nfoligno Posted June 11, 2008 Report Share Posted June 11, 2008 Not to be a pessimist, but I think it is more a matter of Urlacher realizing he has a greater chance of getting a new deal by showing up and acting the role of the good soldier. By skipping workouts and drawing a line in the sand, the team is more likely to simply play hardball.
