Wesson44
RAMS SIGN RICKY MANNING Posted by Michael David Smith on August 31, 2008, 3:36 p.m. The St. Louis Rams have agreed to terms with cornerback Ricky Manning today as they continue to shape their secondary a week before the start of the season. St. Louis also claimed safety Brannon Condren off waivers from Indianapolis. The Rams released tight end Richard Owens to make room for Condren and will have to jettison one more player when Manning signs his contract, which, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports, will happen tomorrow. Manning was released by the Bears on Tuesday. He played in 31 games and started 11 after signing a free-agent contract with Chicago in 2006. He previously played three seasons for the Carolina Panthers, playing in all 48 games during that span and starting 26.
Pixote
I see where P.J. Pope is now on Denver's Practice Squad. With Denvers OL and the way this kid played here, he could be a good player for them if he makes it up to the "53".

We play them in November and I am hoping that Forte runs right over him. Peace
Ed Hochuli 3:16
Good luck to him. We play them in November and I am hoping that Forte runs right over him. Peace I'm more looking forward to the first time Berrian has to come over the field for a ball against us. But yeah, great for RMJ. He just isn't a very good player anymore and he may end up getting released by St. Louis.
GrizzlyBear
I agree, His upside is and was not good enough for the bears, and what little he had did not make sense CAP wise. Good luck to him.
