BearFan2000
He left the game on a cart with a rib injury?
Bears4Ever_34
Probably an abdominal strain. I hope not, that would mean the end of his season, atleast his effectiveness. Those things linger you for quite a while.
Ed Hochuli 3:16
I'm going to guess an oblique injury. Not good- that'd sideline him for the year.
Da Bears 88
ESPN 1000 just reported he will be out for awhile. Couldn't hear the injury because they said it so fast.

Bears4Ever_34
This is why we should have just let Hester play through his contract instead of giving him the money now. He's never going to earn that money unless he becomes a steve smith which in all likelyhood will never happen.
bradjock
Zac Zaidman on the SCORE reported that Hester told him he could feel his rib bone pop out when it happened. I hope he didn't mistake his rib-bone for something worse. Shockingly enough Lovie couldn't say anything about Hester or Brandon McGowan. If it is a rib injury, don't those usually take 2 to 4 weeks? Ed Hochuli 3:16
If it's bad, I don't want him to force himself to play. Manning and Vasher are viable back-ups, and we don't need a dis-interested AND a hurt Devin Hester.
