I would argue that Orton has missed or failed to see 3X that amount. Overall, I think his play has earned him some sort of extension this year or next, as he has proven he can play in this league. It depends on if he still has upside or the staff feels he is tapped will be the determining factor as to whether he is a starter or backup for the remainder of his career.
