Even if Cowher did come to Chicago he would have to get rid of most of the defense. You think Url would put up with him screaming at him. Sorry. These defensive vets like having a coaching that is laid back and wont give them too much crap. Remember when Lovie first came in and he held a hard training camp and demoted players when they didn't show up for stuff. All the vets did was whine and back their boys up. The point is, Mad, that even if we got Cowher, it would be a 2 or 3 years before he could overhaul the roster. And if the record isn't there in that span, you know people would be calling for him to be gone. Sometimes you have to have patience. Not something Bears fans, esp on this board, are good at. I think Cowher gets more of a pass than most any other prospect. He has a winning pedigree.
