Wesson44 Posted August 11, 2009 Author Report Share Posted August 11, 2009 The Chicago Bears signed long snapper J.J. Milan to a contract on Tuesday. Milan signed with the Oakland Raiders in 2007 as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Nevada. The Indianapolis Colts claimed him off waivers in August, 2007.
