MVP: Tom Brady DPOY: Mario Williams OROY: Maclin DPOY: Orakpo Steelers 13-3. I just don't see it. I agree with the 1st set of predictions of them going 11-5. I watched the Steelers game last night and it was almost a repeat of last year. Max Starks there LT, was constantly getting beat to the outside. No special moves or anything, it was just simply speed. If there line does not improve going into the regular season, I am not sure if Big Ben will be able to stay healthy. I could see a huge let down mainly because of that Oline. The Oline was pretty bad run blocking as well.
madlithuanian
I won't give the records, but oveall your predictions looks solid. AFC E - Pats AFC N - Steelers AFC S - Colts AFC W - CHargers AFC WC - Titans and Ravens (I think the 'Fins are due for some disappointment) NFC E - Giants (Eagles look good, but the Vick bad karma will bite them) NFC N - Bears NFC S - Saints ( Ithink ATL comes back a bit down to earth) NFC W - 49ers (Singletary perform minor miracle) NFC WC: Vikings and Seahawks AFC CHamp: Chargers NFC CHamp: Bears SB Winner: BEARS! No idea on MVPS really... AFC East: Patriots 12-4 AFC North: Steelers 11-5 AFC South: Colts 11-5 AFC West: Chargers 10-6 AFC WC's: Dolphins 11-5, Titans 10-6 NFC East: Eagles 12-4 NFC North: Bears 11-5 NFC South: Falcons 10-6 NFC West: Seahawks 9-7 NFC WC's: Giants 11-5, Packers 10-6 Chargers over Titans Colts over Dolphins Giants over Seahawks Falcons over Packers Steelers over Colts Chargers over Patriots Falcons over Bears Eagles over Giants Chargers over Steelers Eagles over Falcons Chargers over Eagles MVP: Phillip Rivers OROY: Jeremy Maclin DROY: Larry English Thoughts, and your predictions. I pretty well agree with your predictions except if we play the Falcons at home in january I see us winning that game but dont make it past the next. If we go 11-5 that means our defense is pretty good and now have a past rush, so a january win sounds likely in the cold.
chitownman
Not really sure about final records prior to the playoffs however, this is what my best guestimate will be for 2009: AFC East: New England AFC North: Pittsburgh AFC South: Tennessee AFC West: San Diego NFC East: Philadelphia NFC North: Chicago NFC South: New Orleans NFC West: Arizona AFC Wildcards: Baltimore & New York Jets NFC Wildcards: San Francisco & Green Bay AFC Champs: Tennessee NFC Champs: Chicago Super Bowl: Chicago over Tennessee by less than a field goal MVP: Jay Cutler DPOY: Marcus Harrison OROY: Mark Sanchez DROY: Brian Orakpo (Unless Green Bay gets B.J. Raji signed) Should make a for a very interesting season if I am even a quarter right on my predictions.
