jason
You know what bugs me on that play? It was an INCREDIBLY quick whistle just to save Farv. And it should have been a fumble!! The injury is well worth it, however.

Controlled Chaos
You know what bugs me on that play? It was an INCREDIBLY quick whistle just to save Farv. And it should have been a fumble!! The injury is well worth it, however. Hell yeah. I called my old man ASAP...I was like..are you watching th is?? Not one mention from any of these announcers about the ball coming out? It was a clear fumble. A few plays later Tirico said something about the play was ruled grasp and control. My ass. That tackle from the time Wooton got his arms on Farve and Farve fumbled took a split second. If that's grasp and control there will never be another qb fumble in history. What happened to not blowing plays dead right away either? That ref ran in waving his arms faster than I've ever seen a play blown dead. madlithuanian
I was saying the same!!! It was a total fumble!!! And agreed, not a bad trade-off all considered! You know what bugs me on that play? It was an INCREDIBLY quick whistle just to save Farv. And it should have been a fumble!! The injury is well worth it, however. BearsFan1974
The ball was definately loose well before he hit the turf. I think the announcers did a horrible job on that play and especially deep throating Favre during his first 2 series.
