I have some favorite plays and highlights, but I was wondering if I'm missing something. Thoughts?

jason
Good thoughts Brian. I was also thinking of a few specifics: 1- Mike Brown INT returns for OT TDs in consecutive games. 2- The Fog Game 3- When the snow starting coming down in 85 and the whole team/crowd cheered

Or the Ogunleye safety in the NFC Championship game in 06-07, and as soon as it happened, it seemed like the snow started falling hard and the Bears took off. As for song suggestions- Black Parade by MCR and Hells Bells by ACDC.

Mad - Big Keith Traylor had a great rumblin, bumblin, stumblin run but he did not make it to the endzone. He was tackled around the 10 yard line. I was there. Definitely a play I would have in my top highlights!!! Peace

madlithuanian
I'll be pondering some good possible song choices over the weekend as well! Good calls. chitownman
This is a great thread and hope that some how it is able to be put together. One of my all time favorite hits that Wilbur Marshall administered was his sack of Joe Ferguson in Detroit. I think Ferguson was out before he hit the turf in that game. I also agree with many highlights of Payton at his best to include his many leaps of up and over for the score, anything showing the amazing abilities of Sayers are he is one of a kind and still have not seen anyone in my opinion (and I did not see it live only on replays) that is able to even come close. Any hit that shows Plank and Fencick converging and popping opposing players. I have always said that Doug Plank did not play Free Safety, Plank played Flying Safety and was a brutal hitter on the gridiron. Dave Williams Thanksgiving Day overtime kick-off return that won the game for the Bears. There have been so many mentioned here that I would love to see it some how come together and offered for Bear Fans to purchase and enjoy time and time again. CrackerDog
Jimmy Mac catching a TD pass from Walter Walter announcing his illness and then the memorial Bob Thomas's kick in the snow to put the Bears in the playoffs in 77 Anything from the "They are who we thought they were" game Wilbur Marshall's destruction of a QB. Can't remember who it was now. Mike Pagel? Cool thread!
Connorbear
These are the ones I have seen in person (in no particular order): 1 - Keith Traylor's interception return. 2 - Devin returning 2 TDs against the Broncos (one where he jumps Saurkraut) 3 - Tillman snatching the ball from Moss in the endzone to win the game (was Peanut's rookie year) 4 - Bryan Robinson blocking the field goal at Lambeau to win the game the same week Walter passed away 5 - Devin's touchdown return in the Superbowl 6 - Urlacher intercepting Favre and returning it 90 yards for a TD (Favre's last game at Soldier as a Packer) 7 - Thomas Jones running the ball 8 times in a row for a TD against the Saints right before half in the NFC Championship game 8 - Berrian's TD catch in the NFC championship game 9 - Gould's 49 yard game winning FG against the Seahawks in the playoffs Peace

chitownman
One more hit I forgot to mention that I watched through binoculars at the game, Singletary's hit on Eric Dickerson in the NFC Championship that lead us to Super Bowl XX. Dickerson was in his usual head down to plow through the line, Singletary met him head on, stood Dickerson straight up and then flattened Dickerson. One of the best plays I watched in person ever. I got a copy of it off ebay when I bought the '85 post season a few years back before they came out with it on an orriginal DVD. I remember the played the lone ranger on Gault's 99 yd KO return.
