Evidently he was due a 1 million dollar roster bonus and all the guys due roster bonuses showed up yesterday and he may have been told then that he was released but its not official until Saturday. B Bear why is it surpising that an almost 300 pound TE failed his physical after going through injuries during TC last season? He obviosly was in the same category as Todd Collins and should have been shown the door before the lockout. In the number of ways you can fail your physical IMO weight had to be one of the reasons.
