The Pats do it, and have won. See Corey Dillon, etc. Last year, the Bears spent $120m in the offseason. Are they supposed to do that every offseason? That obviously doesn't mean winning. Lets get players like Dillion, Moss, Hayesworth, Chad Johnson #85 that may have a few issues but can play I dont know if we needs all of that, but understanding good value and acting on it is what we need to be doing.
